People have weird ways to overcome their stress or nervousness...
Some take deep breaths...
Some take short breaths...
Some keep fidgeting their fingers some their hair, some listen loud music, some sing loudly, some start praying, some bite their nails, some pull their hair, some cry, some shout, some spend time doing things they really enjoy to distract their mind, and what not...If I talk about me,..I feel very hungry when I am nervous or stressed out,..So I obviously eat and it actually helps... Lol...
