Its a girl

I woke up startled to the sound of thunder. The lightning flashes made the back yard visible. I got up from the living room rug and stretched out, making my way to the back door. I stared at the pool now overflowing into the grass. I also looked out to my part of the yard.

"Don't go out."

Oh right.

I left the door and turned to go upstairs, to Katy's room.

I heard a roar from the back yard.

What?

I turned around. Looking back at the yard again.

No it's just my mind playing tricks, on me I'm sure.

There it was again. A lighter roar.

A girl tiger.

This time I know I'm not crazy.

It sounds like she's hurt too.

I bolted for the garage to go out though my secret backyard entrance.

There she was standing underneath my shelter john had built.

I was in awe I have never seen anything so beautiful in my whole life. I couldn't move, the rain ran off from my fur soaking me. Making me cold and heavier because of all the water. She had a bright pink nose, and sharp blue eyes. I probably look like a fool to her all big and soaking wet and not moving and that dumbfounded look.

Did I mention she was beautiful?

She looked at me and jumped up on my rock. The one john carved him and Katy's initials into. She leaned down leaving her butt up in the air. Tail moving back and fourth, and sharpened her claws.

But why is she in my yard?

Is this why katy didn't want me to go outside?

Why would she keep me from this.

She's not the boss of me.

The girl turned and walked out of the fence. Someone had cut a space big enough for her to get though.

Maybe I could get through?

I don't know. Some part of me says this isn't right.

I stayed on the patio, and watched for her to return.

She came back when it quit raining. She walked right up to me and circled.

Hello?

"Hey there."

What are you doing?

"I'm not doing anything?"

No.What are you doing in my yard at my house.

"Oh, all of this is yours?, You must be rich or something."

Something like that.

She looked into the house.

"So where are the humans?"

My humans are coming back from a trip.

"Oh...So you live here alone.?"

Yes.

"Do you get lonely?"

I guess sometimes.

Then I head Katy's car pull into the driveway.

There here now..

"Kira!" someone yelled from behind the fence

"I have to go,. Maybe she will let me come back and we could talk again sometime."

She ran off though the hole in the fence.

"TYSON?" katy yells throughout the house.

Wait what dose she mean she?
