chapter 1

You are brand new to the city of Los Angeles, California. You finally finished unpacking the things in your room. Your mom asked you if you can get Starbucks for the both of you. Of course you said yes. You started to walk to Starbucks and run into this rather cute boy. His name was Charles Gitnick
You: "oh I'm so sorry"
Charles: "Its fine"
You: "I just spilled your coffee all over your shirt"
Charles: "I said it was okay" he smiles.
You: "well since I spilled your coffee do you want me to buy you something from Starbucks?"
Charles: "I can't turn that down"
Y'all both walk to Starbucks. You see another handsome boy. This time it was Joey Birlem. He was staring at you ever since you walked in the door. You walked up to him.
You: "What is it" you giggle a bit.
Joey: "oh umm.... nothing your just really pretty"
You blushed
You: "well... thank you"
Charles saw Joey and walked up to y'all.
Charles: "do y'all know each other?"
You & Joey: "no"
Charles: "oh okay. Wassup Joey?!"
You: "guessing y'all know each other?"
Joey and Charles: "Yeah this is my best friend.. haha jeinks.. buy me a coke"
They both laughed. You thought that they had the cutest smiles in the world.
Joey: "so what's the name?"
You: "y/n"
Charles: "you have a pretty name"
You: "thanks.. so now I know Joey.. What's your name?"
Charles: "Charles, but you can call me char"
You: "okay char" you playfully punch him in the arm.
You buy Charles his Starbucks and get you and your mom some.
You started to walk out of the store, and they stopped you.
You: "what is it now?"
Joey & Char: "do you wanna hang with us?"
You: "sure.. but I have to take this to my mom first"
Char: "we can go with you"
You: "umm.... okay"
You walked inside your new house and your mom had a note on the counter. It said

Dear y/n,
      I will be out of town for a few weeks. I have to deal with some business. Your Dad got locked up in jail and he is not doing good at all. I love you, and don't do anything your not supposed to.. Your brother will be in Panama for a trip with his friends before he goes to college.

You began to cry.. Charles and Joey then walked in
Joey: "what's wrong y/n?"
You: "umm... I'd rather not talk about it" you wipe your tears.
Charles: "where do you wanna go to hang?"
You: "how about we stay here?"
Joey & Charles: "okay"
You sat down on your couch, and turned on your t.v.. Joey sat on your left and Charles sat to your right. Joey put his hand on your thigh... You didn't mind it. Charles held your hand. You looked at them both... You thought about the moment. You didn't know them that long. You got up and went into the restroom. You splashed water onto your face. Joey knocked on the door.. Of course you opened it. He leaned in and kissed you. You were very shocked at what was happening. You just kissed back. He closed the door and pushed you up against the wall. You pulled away.
You: "Joey.. it's too early for this"
Joey: "I'm so sorry y/n"
You: "it's okay I guess.."
You walked out of the bathroom and sat back down on the couch. Charles looked at you, and you looked back at him. He then kissed you. Joey was looking around the corner. You kissed back. He got on top of you. Y'all kept kissing. He started to lift up your shirt. You pulled it back down, and pulled away.
You: "it's too early Char"
Charles: "I'm so sorry y/n"
You: "it's o-"
You got interrupted by Joey yelling at Charles.
Joey: "WHY DID YOU KISS HER?!!"
Charles: "bro chill out.. it was just a kiss.. why does it bother you?"
Joey: "BECAUSE I LIKE HER!!"
Charles sat there in silence.
Charles: "WELL I DO TOO. WE WILL SEE WHO SHE PICKS!!!"
You just stood up and went into the kitchen.
Joey: "sounds like a competition. I'm in"
Charles: "shake on it birlem"
They shake hands. You walked back into the living room and sat on the couch watching netflix. You were so into the show Riverdale, so you put that on.
Joey and Charles sat back down beside you. One on each side.
Joey: "what is this..?"
You: "Riverdale boy.. You never heard of this??"
Joey: "no"
Charles: "I have" he smirks
You: "Finally someone else who watches this" you lay down on his lap and you put your feet on joey's lap. Charles smirks at Joey.. Joey just rolls his eyes.
Joey:" I have to go.."
You: "why??"
Joey: "my mom wants me home"
You: "oh.. okay I'll walk you to the door" you get up and walk with Joey to the door. Joey kisses your cheek and says meet me at the park at 2pm tomorrow.. You agreed to meet up with him. Joey left. Charles then got up and walked to the door.
You: "you leaving too?"
Charles: "Yeah.. my dad wants me home"
You: "oh. Okay"
Charles left... You walked upstairs to your room and fell asleep on your bed........
