BRI'S POV
I'm just sitting in biology trying not to fall asleep while Ms Lopez is trying to show us a timeline of Mitosis.
"Aye Yi Yiiiiii" Lukas calls as he walks into biology late.
His mates start to laugh.
"Lukas, that is not appropriate. And it doesn't make it any better that you walk into my class 35 minutes late!" Ms Lopez says in her spanish accent.
Ms Lopez was the new biology teacher, since Ms Angus was pregnant they had to get a cover. So we're going to have her for the rest of the year.
She's not a bad teacher at all, she's just very young and attractive so comments and wolf whistles are always thrown across the class.
"Who can tell me how many chromosomes a human has?" Ms Lopez says as she looks around the classroom, her eyes land on Venus, my best friend, who is sound asleep.
"Venus?" Ms Lopez asks her.
"46 Ms Lopez" Venus said with her head still on the desk and her eyes shut.
Venus is a very pretty girl, she has the perfect figure, big, but not too big boobs and an amazing bum. I'm actually surprised she hangs out with me sometimes.
I mean i'm not ugly but she's just way prettier and if she wasn't my friend she would probably be popular.
We've known each other since we were 7.
Venus's head is still down and she's sitting on the stool with her bum sticking out.
Brad walks behind her and pretends to grind against it and slap it while all his friends are laughing.
"Oi Venus" Brad calls.
"What" She responds with a bitchy tone in her voice.
"I dropped my pencil, could you get it for me." Brad says smirking.
"And why the fuck would I do that?" Venus responds looking up at him.
"Could you please get it?" Brad asks.
"If you stop fucking pestering me then sure." Venus says as she bends down and her top lowers so Brad can see her boobs.
"Here, now fuck off" She says as she puts her head down on the desk.
"Go into groups of four as you guys are going to do a group project. On any type of Cancer." Ms Lopez announces.
I get up and go and sit next to Venus who's head is still on the desk.
"Ve, we still need two more people" I say to her as she lifts her head up ever so slightly.
"How about Lucy and-" just as she was saying that she was cut off by Ms Lopez.
"I forgot to mention a mixed group of 2 boys and 2 girls!"
I look at Venus as she rolls her eyes.
"No need to ask, i'll work with you two." Brad says as I give him a 'really?' look.
"Oi. Lukas over here." As Brad says i turn to see Lukas walking over.
"How about we split into two groups and combine all the work together at the end." I say thinking it was a good idea.
Everyone at the table nods.
"Great I'll go with-" I start to say before Brad buts in and says
"I'll go with Venus. As she has the brains and I have the skills."
Venus was a very smart girl.
And Brad has unbelievable art skills.
"I guess i'm with you then" Lukas says with a dickish tone.
"How about you come to my place today to work on it?" Brad says to Venus.
"Sure" Venus says.
Brads eyes light up.
"You can come to mine today to work on it" Lukas says to me avoiding all eye contact.
"Sure" I respond.
