2 weeks After Road Chip...
Omniscient P.O.V.

Summer Morning, The clock strikes 7:00 am the seville residence is at peace. A blue clad chipmunk stretched and woke up wearing his black rimmed glasses. Then he walked out of the room, down the stairs and into the kitchen. The chipmunks and chipettes already got their seperate rooms as Dave thinks that the girls need some privacy. Simon looked around the kitchen and noticed that Dave isn't up yet so he went upstairs again and into Daves Bedroom knocking before entering. He then shake Dave a bit "Dave" Simon said and Dave opened his eyes and Sat up "Sorry to interrupt your slumber, I'm kind of hungry and I'm sure the rest will wake up soon" Simon said and Dave got up slipping on his blue slippers (flip flops). "Its okay Simon thank you for waking me up" Dave said and Simon just nods his head and sat down at the very high thin chair Dave made them. Simon can't help cause Dave wants him to do all the work when its morning and still needs help in fewin the afternoon sinve he's a chipmunk 3 inches taller than an apple or 6 any half inches to be exact cause Apples doesn't grew and have the exact same size. Suddenly Brittany woke up and entered the kitchen greeting Simon and Dave and they greeted her back. The three started eating. "Okay, I'll go get ready, hurry up cause we need to go to the grocery, Samantha and Miles are visiting later and we don't have enough storage of food. We'll just wait for Jeanette and Eleanor they'll be up soon. We can't wait for Alvin and Theodore cause those two wake up late I'll just leave them a note" Dave said and at the exact time Jeanette and Eleanor came in "You don't have to repeat it Dave, we heard it already" Jeanette said sweety. "Good" Dva esaid relieved tht he didn't have to repeat everything he said. "Dave,  don't feel so good, Is it alright if I stay home?" Brittany asked "Sure" Dave said then Simon checked Brittany's temperature using a thermometer (givn to them by the veterinarian). "You have that in your pocket?" Brittany asked in disbelief "Yeah, I have that, a sanitizer, a painkiller, band aids and a flashlight and an extra batterie. I like to be prepared in case of some emergencies, I'm considering bringing some cereal bars" Simon said "How does it all fit in your pocket?" Eleanor asked "I have my ways" Simon said smiling and continued to eat. Then the thermometer beeped simon took it out. It read 38.9°C or 102.02°F. "You have a very high Fever Brittany You should go and take a rest" Simon said "Yeah, if you want we can stay with you" Jeanette said "I'll be fine Jean, maybe a little sleep can help" Brittany responded assuringly "Are you sure?" Eleanor asked worriedly "I'm sure Ellie" Brittany replied "Okay" Eleanor said "Okay Britt take care" Dave said "Qhere are you gong? Can i come?" Theodore asked and Dave agreed he let him eat his food at the car, he stick the note below the fridge so alvin can see it and they said goodbye locking the door for Brittany. And Brittany  went to her bedroom and  went to sleep. Just accross their bedroom Alvin Stretched and check the clock. It ready 10:30 am. He then went downstairs to the kitchen and saw the food. He saw the note but didn't bother to read it cause he'sreal hungry. "Oh toaster waffles, My favorite" Alvin said then after eating. "Its awfullyquiet" He said then remembered the note "Oh yeah" he said and went to check it and read it aloud. "Alvin, Simon, Jeanette , Theodore and Eleanor are with me at the grocery cause Samantha and Miles are coming.  Eat well. Brittany's at her room, go and please check her cause she had a very high fever of 102.02°F." He read out loud. He then went upstairs to the chipettes room and knocked at the door. He saw Britany at thepink bed. She had taken Eleanor and Jeanette's blanket and it over her pink blanket. She wore a winters Sweater.  Alvin then felt her forehead. She's super hot and is sweating cold. "That's a very high fever. Better check your temperature again" Alvin said and saw the thermometer at her side table and take it and put it At Brittany's underarm. It reads 102.74°F. Alvin's eyes widen. Then he heard Brittany moan. "This can't be just a fever" Alvin said Panicking.  "What to do? What to do? Wake her up? No.. Uhm.. Cal Dave.. Right, Dave. The phones downstairs gotta go downstairs" Alvin thought and went downstairs to call her adopted Dad.
