You all have been waiting too damn long for this, I'm sorry for that. And yes, this chapter starts off how it ended.

“Aww. C’mon guys. She’s a downer.” They walked away and I turned to Ashley.

“You know, it’ll definitely happen again, I was just saying that to get them out of here.” He turned to me and smirked, then I leaned in and kissed him.

“Uh... Kendra?”

“Yeah, Ash?”

“I-I, may I ask you a question?”

“Yes, of course.” I replied, slightly knowing what he was going to ask.

“Damn.. I’m actually kind of bad at this, contrary to popular belief.”

“Go on, Ashley.”

“Um... I w-was wondering i-if, um, if, uh, you would like to, um, like to be my girlfriend?” Even though I knew it was going to be asked, the blushing hit me like a truck.

“Yes, I will.” He grinned and kissed me again.

*Ashley’s POV*

OH MY FUCKING GOD SHE SAID YES! Ohmygodohmygodohmygod. Keep calm man. Don’t let her see how excited you are.

“Um, I think I should call my guys. If I don’t tell them right off, they’ll be kinda pissed at me....” Kendra said.

“Yeah, go right ahead.” She walked out of the room and I think she walked out of the bus. I did a happy dance. Ooh yaaay!! I walked out of the back room and walked to the living space. All the guys were sitting on the couch with unfinished cigarettes in their hands, and I could definitely tell, they were waiting for news. They stared at me with expecting eyes. All I could do was nod and grin like an idiot. They all jumped up and cheered quietly.

“Why are you guys so quiet?” I questioned them.

“Because Kendra’s right outside the door.” CC replied instantly.

“Purdy Perv is tied down guys, this is weird.” Andy said, and I thought it was weird too, actually. I mean I like Kendra a lot, and I mean a lot, but I’m going from a lifestyle that I’ve know for so long, and I’m actually nervous. Jinxx must’ve seen my concern.

“Dude, don’t worry, if you like her as much as I think you like her, then you might have a couple bumps in the road, but you guys should be okay.” He assured me. God, don’t let me fuck this up...

*Kendra’s POV*

C’mon, Jake. Pick up the phone while I still have the excitement to tell y-

“Hello?” He asked.

“Awww c’mon, Jakey, is that how you greet me?”

“KENDRA!”

“Oh my god I’ve been gone less than three weeks and I talked to you last week!”

“I know, but I’m still excited to hear from you.” He said, I heard commotion in the background.

“Are the guys there with you?”

“Yeah, they are.”

“Okay well get them within hearing range, I’ve got something to tell you guys.” I heard him call the guys over.

“Yeah, guys c’mon! It’s Kendra!” I heard him tell them.

“HI KENDRA!” They all shouted into the phone.

“Hey, guys! How are you all doing?”

“We’re okay, I guess.” Cameron laughed. I know his laugh from anywhere.

“It’s nice to hear you laugh again, Cam.”

“How’d you know it was me laughing?” He questioned, it was my turn to laugh.

“Cam, you’ve got a laugh that has a certain ring to it, man.” The sun shone bright and I smiled.

“So, Kendra, what was it you wanted to tell us?” Jake asked. I took a deep breath and looked up to the cloudless blue sky.

“Ashley asked me out.” I squinted at the sky. They were quiet for a moment.

“You said yes, right?”

“Why do you ask if I said yes?”

“Kendra, we saw how you two acted around each other You two would be rather cute, if I may say so myself.” Aaron said blatantly.

“Well, I did say yes.”

“KENDRA HAS A BOYFRIEND! YAY!” I heard Cam yell.

“Dammit, Cam! I thought I told you NOT to yell in my ear, man!” I heard Jake yell at him. I laughed and started another subject.

“Alright, boys. Time for Jakey-Kenny talk now.” They collectively groaned at the way I put that and Jake took me off of speaker. “So, how’s Cam?”

“He seems to be doing okay. I mean, for those first couple of days, I thought we were gonna loose him somehow. Like, he was so quiet, we couldn’t stand it, Kendra. He’s usually so loud and obnoxiously funny, but he just kinda went into a shell. I didn’t quite know what to do... None of us did.”

“I’ve never liked his parents anyway, man. There were several times that I somehow restrained myself from knocking their clock overboard to be lost at sea.” Jake laughed at my bad expression.

“So, how’ve you been, Ken?”

“I’ve been okay. I got stitches earlier today after dropping a table on my leg.”

“Damn, girl. You can’t keep yourself out of harm’s way can you?” He laughed again and continued. “But you know what I mean, Kendra.” I heard a splash in the background. “Really, how are you doing.”

“Okay, okay, Dr. Phil.” I joked “I-I guess I’m doing okay. I mean, I’ve had better weeks. I still miss her so much...”

“You’re not gonna get over it so easy, hun. It’s still gonna hurt.”

“I know... How’s my dad holding up?”

“Okay, I guess. Well, I’ve drove past his house a couple of times this week, and there’s been another car in the driveway. As a matter of fact, it was a truck. I’ve never seen it before and it had out of state plates on it.”

“Huh.. That might have been the ‘something’ that came up earlier when I was talking to my dad...”

“Really?”

“I think so... Do you think he’d have a girlfriend and not tell me?”

“I dunno, Ken. You two grew insanely close once your mother bitched out on you.” I heard Ashley laughing inside the bus and I smiled, I had almost forgotten where I was.

“Alright, man. I’ve gotta go, keep me posted on everything.”

“Will do, chicklet.”

“Thanks, man. Later gator.”

“In a while crocodile.” I hung up the phone and walked back into the bus. The guys were sitting there having a couple of beers.

“Hey, Kendra. Want one?” Andy asked.

“You’re forgetting I’m not twenty-one, aren’t you?” I smirked and took the beer.

“What happens on the bus, stays on the bus.” I sat down in the empty seat next to Ash, sipping the beer while the guys talked. And they talked about almost everything under the sun.

I had finished my beer a while ago, but the guys were still drinking and talking. Mike and Austin left about an hour ago. I looked up at the clock and was kinda surprised at the time. Then I checked my phone. Oh damn. That’s the correct time. I stood up and looked to everyone.

“Alright, guys. I’m tired and I’m gonna head to bed.” They all looked at the clock and looked back to me. “Yeah, that’s the actual time.” I reassured them.

“We should get to bed guys. We’ve gotta get up early for a photo shoot I think.” Jinxx said.

“I thought that was Friday?” Jake asked.

“Tomorrow is Friday, Jake.” I said.

“Ohhh.” We all laughed and said our good nights. Ashley grabbed my hand and held me back while the others left to get ready for bed. He pulled me into a hug.

“Thank you.” He said quietly, I pulled back and shot him a questioning look.

“What for?” I asked back, quite confused.

“For saying yes, I believe.”

“You believe?”

“Yeah. I-I just kinda felt the need to say thank you, I guess. Uh, I’m just gonna stop rambling.” I looked into his brown eyes and laughed.

“You’re fine, and you’re welcome.” He leaned down and kissed me.

“EW THAT’S GROSS!” We broke away and looked to see who just said that.

“Andy! Man, what the hell? It’s not like you and Juliet don’t kiss in front of people!” Ashley laughed. That’s right. I have yet to meet the guys’ girlfriends. I hope they like me...

“You weirdos.” I said. I pecked Ash on the lips, the guys made kissy noises, I then re-said my goodnights to the laughing boys, and headed to bed.

*Andy’s POV*

Kendra walked past us and went to bed. I turned to Jinxx, grinned, and he held his hand up for a high-five. Our hands connected in the high of the fiving, and Jake and CC turned to go to bed, and Jinxx followed, but Ashley held me back.

“What’s up, man?”

“Dude, I’m terrified that I’m going to hurt her...” He said to me.

“Ashley, like what was said earlier, if you like her as much as we think you like her, then you will be fine.”

“I know, but I’m going from a lifestyle of being single and many chicks going in and out of my bed, to being tied down and what if I’m not ready for commitment? What i-”

“Ashley, stop right there. You’re going to get yourself all worked up over nothing. Go to sleep, man. It’ll clear your head. There’s also a long day ahead of us tomorrow.” I gave him a reassuring nod and headed to bed. He followed me close behind, only to leave when we got to his bunk. I made it to my bunk and passed out once my head hit the pillow.
