Before I start, THIS IS NOT THE END OF MY BOOK. Okay, carry on now.

setting of the story; I'm not sure, just whenever you think it would best be set.

Percy woke up to smoke filling his lungs, making him cough, wheeze, and sit up, looking around for the source of the smoke. He trudged out of bed and gently shook Tyson, who was visiting Percy for a weekend.

"Tyson! Wake up!" Percy whisper-yelled, not wanting to wake up the neighboring cabins.

"What is it, brother?" Tyson asked sleepily, slowly stirring from his sleep.

"I smell smoke but I can't figure out where it's coming from."

Tyson sat up, sniffing the air, confused. "I smell smoke."

"Yes, and I can't find the source of it." Percy explained impatiently. "Is it coming from this cabin?"

"No."

"Then we have to figure out where it's coming from."

As they walked out of their cabin in their pajamas, they found many other campers standing outside, confused as well. They found Annabeth walking around, scrutinizing each cabin for the source of the smoke.

"Percy! The smoke is filling the air incredibly fast, we need to get Chiron and evacuate the campers." Annabeth ran over to Percy and Tyson, yelling over the chaos of campers.

"I help campers out of camp." Tyson pointed to himself.

"Okay, go get Chiron and tell him what's happening," Annabeth said. "Percy, there seems to be a larger amount of smoke coming from the Hera cabin than any other, let's go check it out."

And saying this, Annabeth and Percy ventured into the cabin of their least favorite goddess. The further they walked, the more smoke they smelled.

Finally, they arrived in front of the Hera statue, which was literally on fire. Percy willed water to come and splash the statue. But nothing happened. Water easily flowed into the cabin, but as it touched the flames, the flames got bigger and more ferocious.

"Did Hera do this to spite us? I know she never liked you but why would she burn down a camp?" Percy asked.

"I don't know," Annabeth said, furrowing her eyebrows.

"Wait, I have a dumb idea."

"All of them are dumb, Seaweed Brain."

"He-wait that's true. Just make sure all the campers are out of camp and meet me back here in five minutes."

Annabeth nodded and they both ran out of the cabin; Percy to do whatever the heck he was going to do, and Annabeth to make sure everyone was safe.

***

Five minutes later, they arrived back in front of Hera's cabin, Percy holding three giant red canisters.

"Percy! Why do we need that many fire extinguishers?"

"Just follow me and can you grab one? They're hard to hold onto." Percy asked, already speeding into the cabin.

"Why would a fire extinguisher work when even your powers didn't?" Annabeth pointed out.

"It's worth a shot. We always used extinguishers in science class, maybe they're magical." and saying this, Percy sprayed the entire statue with the extinguisher.

Percy and Annabeth held their breath as they watched the flames dip slightly. Soon, the fire began to die down as Percy continued his onslaught.

"We did it!" Percy cheered.

"I wonder why that statue was on fire in the first place though." Annabeth wondered out loud.

"And why the water didn't work," Percy added.

Meanwhile in Olympus
"You idiot! Why did you try to make s'mores with an acid fire?" Hera yelled at Zeus.

for the record, water can't put out acid based fires, which is why we have extinguishers. Percy did not know this but he thinks extinguishers are magical, which is why he tried it. plus Percy is smarter than we give him credit for so there's that.
