Dear husband,

Allura was having an off day. Usually Shiro might confront her about it, being the team leader and all, but I told him I would do it. Allura was sad, and it was a type of sadness I could recognize very easily.

The gal told me she was still upset over Altea, and her father, and the loss of our civilization. She knew her grief was messing with the mission, but she didn't know how stop it.

I immediately suggested that she write letters, like I do. It helps me concentrate my grief, and then send it off into the stars for you to find.

She agreed, but she wasn't sure who to write to. I explained that I wrote to you, Tryald, a person close to me, who I had believed I could never be without.

Allura shook her head. She didn't want to write to Alfor or her mother, it didn't seem right. I suggested she write to her twin. You remember, Tryald? Allura had an identical twin, who was unfortunately stillborn. It's odd how a day like Allura's birth could be both happy and sad.

Allura nodded, hugged me, and then said thank you as she ran out the door.

I believe she's already written her first letter, for she seemed better the rest of the day.

I miss you terribly, Tryald.

Sincerely, Coran.
