"How dare you," I said digging the gun's tip into Amarisa's chest "try to erase the woman I love?"
Her eyes were wide with terror as the crowd began to get rowdy.
"You thought I could forget? You think you can kidnap me, harm my body, and put me in a commitment I can't get out of?"
She laughed nervously. "Jungkook, you are sick, you don't know what you are talking about."
I laughed. "I guess I am sick...sick enough to remove you from this earth." I said pulling the trigger leaving her sprawled out on the steps.
Was I proud of what I did? No. Did I care? No. I didn't miss like I did Yoongi. She was dead. I won't take any crap from anyone making April misreable.
April's POV:
Jungkook. Just. Shot. Amarisa.
The crowd was going crazy but I stood there stunned.
Was he insane? I hope he didn't do that for me. I wouldn't take him back anyway. Not after he told us the truth. He walked through the crowd towards me. He had dropped the gun and kicked aside Amarisa who was on the staircase bleeding out. People called the cops, the ambulance, but he didn't seem to notice.
He stood in front of me. I have no words to describe how I felt. Confused, mad, stunned...relieved.
I wasn't sure what exactly to say. But instead of me speaking he pulled me into a hug.
I truly didn't know what to do. But it didn't stop me from hugging him back. I was worried sick, but at the same time I was furious.
His hands were shaking badly.
A pushed him back gently. "Are you okay?"
He smiled. "I'm okay now."
The cops pulled up interrupting our short conversation.
"Jungkook, what's going to happen to you?" I asked worried. Even though he had "cheated" on me.....well, we weren't dating but.... Nevermind. Even though I was mad at him I didn't want him locked away.
He smiled as the cops put handcuffs around his shaking wrist. They led him away as he still limped badly.
I closed my eyes and breathed. "What just happened?" I asked Lisa.
The ambulance barged in and checked to see if Amarisa was alive. When she wasn't breathing they put a thin cover over her body and put her on a stretcher and carried her away.
I hate he killed her. She was innocent. I didn't like her but she didn't deserve this.
Lisa tapped my arm "let's go, people aren't giving you good looks."
I nodded my head turning toward the door. Not before I saw Devon standing there in shock. It had been a while since he's seen me.
He ran over to me throwing his arms around me. "April, I'm so glad you're okay. I thought.... I thought you had run off with Jungkook. I'm so sorry. Don't ever leave me again." He said looking me in my eyes.
I sighed. "Devon, let's break up."
