Some people are all dreams and wishes
But then complain when nothing happens
When in fact they're the ones who're doing jackshit about fulfilling those fantasies

I get you. But give those people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they have responsibilities. Not everyone can just do something without thinking it through. Some of us have to prioritize. Maybe they have to excel at something like academics because one of their brothers is doing well in sports while the other is dominating the student orgs. And maybe living through what she reads and watches is enough for now. Don't judge too soon. You never really know what someone is going through in their life unless they tell you.

Hmm. I know that you've got good grades, too. It's overshadowed by your success in basketball so not that many people are aware of it. I know that you have a little brother. I know that you take the game seriously and genuinely doesn't care about the fame. I know that you greet the guards every morning before you come to class and every afternoon when you leave the school. I know that you love to read books and I'm pretty sure I saw you at the MIBF last month. And recently, I found out that you apparently love pineapples on pizza even though it's gross.
