-Keith-

He still hasn't shut up about saving me, and Pidge has been obsessed with the thing-a-majig. I know she likes electronical things and all but i'm concerned. She hadn't shown up for dinner again, so I grabbed my plate of green goo and hers and headed out of the room to get away from lances commentary. Pidge was sitting cross legged in front of a small box with wires connected from multiple spots towards her computer. I sat a plate down beside her and her head snapped around to look at me before she relaxed and I sat beside her.

She was a bit odd lately and had a goofy grin on her face as she tinkered with her little gagets before stopping ubruptly. "Hey Kieth?"

"Hmm?" I mubbled trying to force food down my gullet.

"If you could have anything in the world what would it be?" I paused swallowing the substance in my mouth. "Defeat Zarkon, I guess." She shook her head, "no I mean really think Kieth, anything in the universe is yours what's the first thing to come to mind?"

Lance

"Defeating Zarkon?" I say and she squints at me hearing the change in my voice. I clear my throat, "what would you want?" She perks up, "that's the thing you can only ask for one thing and there are so many things I want. I want my brother and my dad back, to be home with my mom and eating at the dinner table laughing about the good old days. But..."

She shrugged holding one of the parts to the machine, "but I also want to be here on this amazing adventure with you and the others. It's like a second family and I wouldn't change it for the world. The thing is I don't know maybe I'd want my own spaceship, or vast knowledge of the entire universe."

She paused eyes sparkling before she blinked and looked at my blank expression. "Hypothetically speaking of course." She mumbled turning back to her work, "right." I respond wondering where the hypothetical question came from.

I didn't have long to dwell on it before the doors to the room sprung open. Lance waltzed in his chest puffed out his nose raised to the ceiling as smiled. "Keith I've decided that you can call me master." I frowned under different circumstance I might have complied however these weren't those circumstances. "No."

He frowned then looked at Hunk who strolled in behind him and sat beside Pidge indian style. "Why not Kieth I saved your butt and you know it. It's because I'm awesome aaaaaaand good looking, caught the bad guys off guard." He beamed holding up and arm and flexing, I know it caught me off guard.

"We couldn't even see the 'bad guy'"I finger quoted and he pretended to wipe dust from his shoulder, "obviously that couldn't stop my awesomeness." I stood, "No but seriously Lance how did you know where to shoot?"

He snorted, "wouldn't you like to know."

"That is why I asked." He frowned at me, then rolled his eyes, "I don't know one minute we're looking for the thing and the next it hits me and when I woke up you seemed to be in a slight dilemma. So I just really wanted to see the things I couldn't and then I did." He shrugged like it was no big deal and Pidge was looking at him disgusted. He stopped giving me a dazzling smile, "and trust me when I say I can see what I couldn't."

He huffed before sitting down beside Hunk, I paused not sure what that meant but grabbed my plate and Pidges. "So what now you can see invisible things, that isn't the slightest bit odd to you?" He glanced around and made a motion with his hand, "we're on an alien space craft where invisible technology shuts off our gravity in the middle of a universe millions of galaxies away from our own...our whole lives revolve around odd."

I sigh rolling my eyes before leaving, that doesn't mean we're odd, we're still human invisible things are to stay invisible to us. I dumped the goop from the plates and threw them in the clean before heading to the training room. Shiro was just standing there in the middle of the room touching his white fluff that sat on his head yanking occasionally his brows furrowed together.

"Shiro?"

He turns around, "you alright?" He nodded, "yeah, I just...I could have sworn I felt...I mean the ship itself..." He mumbled then his eyes snapped up to me. "Nevermind I'm just going crazy. I'd avoid practice today the machines are a little on the shock side today." I sighed annoyed so much for defense training.

"I'll just exercise then no big deal."

He nodded swiftly murmuring to himself as he stepped out of the room. Why was everyone on this ship getting stranger and stranger everyday. It's like they've got a lack of oxygen flow to their brains, well at least Lance does.
