I was in his arms when I woke up. I struggled to get out of his grip, but when I did I unzipped the tent that we were in. When the wind hit me I felt a pain by my left shoulder.

"Ow,..." I whispered. After I had whispered that Ethen came out of the tent and rushed to my side.

"Does it still hurt?" He whispered.

"You don't need to whisper. And yes it does it still hurts, but not as bad as it was when you did it." I told him smiling at his silliness.

"Why are you smiling? It's not supposed to hurt more than a minute after it's done." He said looking serious.

  "Really?" I asked him.

"Yes really,...I need to take you to see the pack doctor." He said picking me up in my batman pj's bridal style.

---------------- END OF DREAM------------------------------------------

As in my dream, I was tangled in his arms. I tried to undo me from him trying to not to wake him up but he woke up anyways. He just moved his arms out and we were untangled.

"Does it still hurt?" He asked me looking at the mark.

"A little bit. It doesn't matter I don't need to go to the pack doctor." I whispered back at him.

"It not supposed to hurt, and yes you do need to go see him. He is good at what he does." He told me unzipping the tent to get a better look at it.

"Hopefuly i'll still be able to shift." Oops wasn't supposed to say that. That just made him look more scared and serious about it.

"Whatever happens,...Jenell, I promise to you that I will love you no matter what happens to you or I." He said holding my face. After he said that he kissed me. His lips were soft and smooth. After a couple seconds I kissed him back. He smiled and so did i, then we kissed again before I felt a sharp sting of pain.

"Ow" I whispered pulling away from Ethen.

"Okay we need to leave,...now," He said helping me out of the tent. "Oh my god Jenell its bleeding more. Come here." He said ripping off my shirt and leaving me in my sports bra."Oh god,...sorry,..." He said blushing, and putting the shirt on my mark and picking me up bridal style.

"That doesn't matter, it was an old shirt anyways." I whispered waving it away.

"Jenell you got to stay with me. Do you hear me?" He asked in a voice that sounded far away.
