It felt like my heart was caught in my throat. Walking off the stage, i looked back to wear i saw him but he wasn't there.

I guess i was just hallucinating. Taking my seat again i tried to control my papitaled heart the best way i could. I don't know why my eyes wanted to play tricks on me. Today out of all days.

"Wow, I remember a good portion of these students were freshman. Ready to come to high school and as i looked at the faces of young adults all i wanna say is, Congratulations Class of 2013" the principal said as we all stood.

Students starting screaming as Graduation Song by Vitamin C started to play. Making my way outside i noticed my dad and uncle standing there waiting for me. Within 3 feet closer i was indulged into a group breath taking hug from my dad, uncle and grandmothers.

"I'm so proud of you Eliza." My dad said with a smile. I returned the smile just as i felt myself being lifted of the ground. The first thing i wanted to do was panic and scream but i relaxed when i saw Chris's yellow hands.

I turned around to be face to face-- more like face to neck, i was a little taller with the help of my heels. I gave him a cheeky smile before pecking his lips.

"Do you know why Michael didn't come?" I asked with a concern look.

"I don't. i tried to get in contact with him but he doesn't answer. his mom said he's out of town for something important." He said, i nodded before being dragged away by Charlie.

When she finally stood still she gave me another smile; this time showing her gums. She began unbuttoning my gown when i notice she already had her off showing off her royal blue dress. "I don't know why you still had this thing on. You need to show these motherfuckers what you working with for the last time!" she smirked with a small snap as she looked me up and down. My best friend is something else.

Throwing the gown across my forearm, i fixed my dress alittle along with my jewelry. "You look beautiful baby" Chris whispered in my ear. i smiled as he planted a light kiss on my neck.

"Thanks." I mumbled under my breath.

"Okay enough lovey dovy-ness lets go out to celebrate!" Charlie said as everybody started laughing.

I remember dreaming i would be as elastic as her. I'm happy it was over with. But i guess i could use some distractions to get my minds off of things.

"She already has her plane tickets ready. And she already booked her room at an hotel in the downtown area." I spoke. Eliza, honey you shouldn't leave your things out in the open for such an unannounced leaving.

I heard him chuckle a little. "She's a smart girl-- in school but too native, It was nice seeing her get her diploma. But, i have a plane to catch, might as well welcome her when she gets there in the morning."

7 hours later : 9pm

"Chris you have to tell her.." my mom said as i made my way to my car. Me and Eliza decided to get a room at a hotel for the night to celebrate. If you know what i mean. "I'll make sure to tell her." I mumbled as i got inside the car pulling out of the drive way. "I'll tell her sooner or later." i mumbled to my self and the silence.

It took me another thirty five minutes to get to the hotel, park and get my overnight bag out of the trunk. Walking to the entrance, i got a nervous feeling as the box in my pocket felt like it was the heaviest thing on earth.
