Hospital Doctors are going for the medical camp in a far flung village , Dr Shehroze ,Dr Asifa ,Dr Haroon seated in a jeep, as usual Zubiya reached hospital late she rush to the site

"Dr Zubiya aap dosri jeep mein aajai "( Dr Zubiya you come in other jeep ) Dr Haroon pointed towards the jeep which was parked bit far , "iss jeep mein aap ka liya seat nahi hain "( we don't have space for you in this) Zubiya tried to peep in

"thek hai i will come with staff " she smiled as she saw the glimpse of the driver she quickly walked to the other jeep " shukar hai Dr Asfandyar chala gaya "( thank God Dr Asfandyar gone ) she smiled , and slowly walked towards the jeep , she heard horn

" Aap na chalan hai ka nahi , agar iss speed se aap chala gai tou hum sham thak nahi pocha ga wahan " Asfand said huskily( do you want to go or not, if you will walk with this speed we will not be able to reach there by evening ) ,she jumped and a lump stuck in her throat as she saw him "Mein kab se aap ka wait ker raha hoon , dil tou charaha tha aap ko yahan chor kar chala jaon " he said annoyingly as he parked the car next to her , Zubiya gulp and look inside , male staff was sitting at the back seat of the jeep ,"shall i send you the invitation card to sit in the car " he lower the window and said , she hesitantly opened the front seat door , Asfandyar didn't look at her ,he kept staring on the road , Zubiya quickly sat next to him

" Dr Haroon i will not leave you" she murmur

" time is precious, i think you dont value it " he said while driving towards their destination "do you have any idea patients must have walked for hour to reach the base camp , how much they be disappointed to know that we nawab sahab are late " he said , she sobbed while look down towards her hands , he narrowed his eyes and look at her " aap ka saath problem kya hai " he whispered as his staff was sitting at back ,she nodded her head

" first you do mistake and then you " he paused and shakes his head , Zubiya who was holding her breath slowing exhale , there was a in drop silence in car , as if no one was sitting in , Her cell buzz , she glance at him and quickly taken out her cell from her lab coat pocket , without checking she switched it off

" i haven't banned mobile " he without looking at her he said , she in surprised look at him

"inn ka ear hain ya eyes ?" she murmur and she again glance at him , this time their eyes met , she quickly started looking out side "yeh car kyun nahi drive karta , mujhe ko stare kyun kar raha hain " she murmur to herself , and started mesmerizing the nature " Subhan Allah Pakistan kitna khubosrat hai" she said loud as they drive through lush green mountains ,

" yahan ka log bhi " Asfandyar said whispered , she immediate turn towards him

"Dr Zubiya aap right side per tou dekha " the lab boy said from back

" aap thek hain " she asked in a low voice he didn't replied , she notice his eyes were red

"koi short cut hai " he asked his staff as he checked his wrist watch

" sir yeh river cross karna para ga" the guy said from back seat , He without thinking for a minute parked the car on side , he step down the car " tum log jeep la aao" he said and roll up his jeans

"Sir yeh dangerous hai ,slippery bhi hoga " the guy said

"look there those people are crossing we can too cross it " he without looking back started walking

" lagta hai aaj tou humara iss duniya mein last din hai " she said to the staff

" Dr Zubiya aap na jai " the guy asked her

" akela bhi tou jana nahi da sakti mein unko " she look at him he was standing on the bank , she quickly recited Dua and ran behind him

" aap kyun aai , aap jeep mein chali jati " he said as he felt her presence , she didn't replied took off her shoes and held it in her hand , Asfandyar step on one rock , he look back at her

" aap chala mein aajao gai " she said and put her feet in ice cold water " ouch " she whispered , he held her hand in his as she tried to maintain balance " aap ko tou temperature hai " she said worriedly he didn't replied and step on the other rock , the chilling water kissed their feet " aap na medicine le " she asked him as she step on other ,she forgot her hand was still in his firm grip , he was making their way through water , Asfandyar cell started ringing , he sat on a rock to check ,she quickly freed her hand " jee bhabi she is with me, aap khud poch la why her cell is switched off ?" he passed her his cell ,she hesitantly took it from his hand

" Zubiya mein na tum ko kitna call kiya , aur text kiya kahan ho tum " Ghati asked from other end

"standing in center of a river " she murmur and look at him he was throwing stones waiting for her to end the call

" kya bol rahi ho, acha tum apna phone check karo " she said " aur aik picture tou send karo zara " she said

" Dr Zubiya you can gossip about me later abhi yeh river cross kar la " he said

" woh bhabi ko picture chaiya " she passed him his cell , he not only took his cell , he held her hand again more tightly

"oh acha " he smirk and click their picture " send kardi hai call me later " he without waiting put the cell in his pocket , "be careful " he said and started walking ahead ,Zubiya could not stop mesmerizing him with in no time they crossed the river

" well done Zubiya we did it " he said as they reached other side

"Asafi bhai aagaya "children came running to him , he let o her hand and kneel on the ground kids warp their arms around his neck " pehla mein pehla mein " they shouted

"aram se aram se ,how you all know i am coming from here ?" he asked

" Jeep dekhai aap kai " one said while hanging his arm around his neck

" ok all of you line up " he said and took off his hiking backpack that he was carrying at his back

" aap kya la kar aai humara liya " a small cut girl asked him

" books , color pencils , and chocolates " he said " will you keep standing there or come and help me " he said while wearing his shoes , Zubiya who was amaze seeing this side of Asfandyar walked slowly close to him

"Asafi bhai yeh kon hain " a kid asked him

" bhabi hain "other whispered all the kids started giggling , Asfandyar narrowed his eyes and look at her , she was still looking at the kid who said it

" okay this one is for you " he started passing them their goody bags

" i think instead of wasting your time here you go and start examining the ladies patients " he said politely , she could feel him next to her ,she nod " and ask Dr Haroon have they reach their destination ?" he said

" tou kya woh yahan nahi aa raha " she in shocked asked him her eyes pop out after hearing the news , he didn't replied ,she tried to see in his eyes but he intentional ignored her , she quickly switched on her cell , " Gaiti called me so many time ? " she checked her message " Asfia is running with high fever we all tried to stop him but he didn't listen khayal rahna please " she quickly checked all her messages and look at him he was sneezing and examining kids "

" I will start from here " she said without looking at him

" Dr Zubiya over here people are conservative" before he could complete his sentence she placed thermometer in his mouth and held his wrist , she intentionally avoided eyelock with him while checking his pulse rate "What are you trying to do ?" he asked her as she took out thermometer, she sat next to him and placed stecthoscope on his chest , her elegant fingers brush his skin " i am fine " he said in a low voice as he find her worried, she gaze at him

"kya huwa Asafi bhai ko " a kid pull her duppata and asked

" aap ka Asafi bhaiya ganda bacha hai, medicine nahi lata, rest nahi karta " she said in a low voice ,

"OH " kids say together

" Dr Zubiya dont waste your time " he said avoid looking at her

" take this and rest for sometime , i will examine all" she said while giving him the tablets

" Dr Zubiya i know what to do?" he said and placed aside the tablets

" aap itna stubborn kyun hai , aap ko pata hai aap ko 103 temperature hai, yeh maat samjhe sirf aap ko ghusa aa sakta hai , aur logo ko bhi aa sakta hai " she this time taken out tablets " will you take it yourself , or i?" she said angrily
