Birthday (Part 1)

Jacob's POV

We all headed towards Athena's and Mahogany's room. Athena came back from her game this morning around 9 and went back to sleep. They won, 5-3. It was almost noon and we all decided to wake her up. Mahogany let us in and put her finger on her lips telling us to be silent. Cam showed Mahogany how we were going to wake up Athena and she silently laughed. She grabbed a party popper and waited for my signal.

"Wake up Ath. It's your birthday!" I said shaking Athena. She groaned

I signaled the guys. They had air horns and basically anything that makes noise.

Taylor counted to three and they all made noise. Athena puts a pillow on top of her head trying to block out the noise. I grab the silly string and make a huge mess on her bed.

"YOU'RE DEAD WHITESIDES!" she yelled and started to hit me with the pillow. I spray more silly string on her. "BRO IT STINGS! ITS IN MY EYE!" she said trying to get it out of her eye. I immediately rush over to her to help her

Athena's POV

Jacob ran towards me. Once he got to me I rubbed my eye a little bit more then showed him. He then knew it was a trick. I quickly pull out silly string and make a bigger mess then what we already have.

"Get ready. We're taking you out." Jacob said laughing after of our silly string battles.

"Ooo. Where?!" I asked excitedly.

"It's a secret" Gilinsky said winking at me. I smiled and went to go get ready.

I was putting on my shoes and Mahogany was walking out the door. I followed her out. We met up with the guys downstairs at the lobby.

"Happy birthday beautiful." Gilinsky said while getting up to hug me. He held his arms wide open and he hovered over my body. He wrapped his arms around me and his grip got tighter and tighter. "Jack you're kind of hurting me" I lightly get out. "Sorry." he released his grip and stood back. The rest of the guys then came after me and did a big group hug with me in the middle of it.

We all headed out of the car and Carter covered my eyes with his hands. "If I run into a pole bec-" he cut me off. "Don't worry. I gotchu." he guided me to the mystery destination. I could hear the waves crashing on the shore. I knew exaxtly where we were. After a while of walking, he stopped me.

"Ready Athena?" Cam asked. I nodded in response and waited for Carter to uncover my eyes. Carter finally uncovered my eyes after begging. It was a private beach. Santa Monica. There was two goals set up on opposite sides and a soccer ball in the middle of it. Just then, the Beckham boys come out. I was freaking out in the inside. Who wouldn't be? Brooklyn, the oldest son, came up to me and hugged me. He wished me happy birthday. We headed towards the middle of the field where everyone else was. I met David and his another one of his sons, Romeo. Everyone agreed to do a little game then get some ice cream after. We split in half and started the game. The Beckham's were just as good in the sand as they were on the field. Brooklyn juked me out and he laughed after. After about another hour we all called it game and went towards the ice parlor. We arrived at an ice cream parlor, Pier Ice Cream. We got ice cream and it was by far the best I've ever had.

"I'm a big fan of yours." Brooklyn said biting into his ice cream. How can he do that? Just bit into ice cream like it's not cold? What?

"Aw. Thanks. I'm a big fan of you too." I said laughing a bit. We had a conversation about soccer, of course, and we got to learn a little bit more of each other. I said bye to the Beckhams and said thanks for coming and giving me a present. I don't know how the guys got a hold of them, but I'm glad they did. We headed back to the hotel. We walked up to the level. Since Mahogany and I's room were closest to the elevator, the guys dropped us off.

"Wear something nice." Shawn said hugging me bye while Mahogany entered our room. I nodded and got ready for what the guys said a "bigger surprise."

I entered the room and Mahogany was digging through clothes.

"Do you and Shawn have a thing?" She asked pulling out a dress.

"No. I had feelings for him at one point but now it's not there anymore. Like it moved onto someone else." I replied searching for something to wear.

"Who?"

"Not Shawn."

"Gilinsky?"

I looked over at her she was smiling. I smiled back and shook my head.

"Shhhhh. Don't tell anyone."
