A simple sigh would not have expressed the boy's annoyance- no. So instead, he punched the wall. Seeing cracks and dents made him lift the edges of his lips ever so slightly. He retracted his arm, small pieces coming off as he did so.
"Izuku, I'd prefer you to do that somewhere else; as much as I love to see your rampages."
Putting up the all familiar smile, Izuku turned towards the source of the voice. He mustn't forget his manners, that wouldn't be nice. However, if one looked real close, they could determine that the expression was forged, a simple act.
"Ahh.. Sorry about that, Shigaraki. I was feeling a bit down, you see? This great wall just happened to look like a certain someone-"
The man covered in many hands furrowed his eyebrows, then turned to the damaged wall. It was a pale white. Shigaraki then looked at himself in silence.
...
'Did he want to punch me?'
"Well, no matter. What's up? And please, don't tell me it's the ceiling. That'd be quite a disappointment, you'll let me down."
Catching the freckled boy's puns, Shigaraki twitched in slight annoyance; Izuku wasn't his favorite person to deal with. The former clicked his tongue lightly as he explained.
"It seems that All Might is going to teach at U.A..." Izuku's eyes widened slightly at the top hero's name thrown in together with a school, all in one sentence. "-So, we'd like you to infiltrate them. It'll be handy to have information right beside us. Plus, isn't it where you've always dreamed to go to, Izuku?"
Out of habit, Izuku brought up his index finger to his lips and bit it. His tone seemed unsure, though he persuaded himself otherwise.
"Sure isn't like you to ask me of something, Shiga, I'll do it. Not like I have anything else interesting to do these days. Little fries keep stealing the spotlight. Tough times for us, eh?"
'Shiga' narrowed his eyes at the younger male when he heard his name. Meanwhile, the other just whistled a tune. To pass time, probably.
"We don't need the spotlight, all we need to do is crush the Heroes. That's all that matters. And... Good. I would've dragged you there even if you didn't comply, though."
The freckled villain hummed in response, most likely thinking about the last part.
"Also..."
"Yeah, Shiga?"
"Don't call me that."
