"Oh Sally you've gotten so big!" Mary said enthusiastically hugging her 7 year old niece. "Hasn't she? I told the nanny to stop giving her milk or else she might outgrow the house," Dorothy joked. "So where are the children?" Malcolm asked looking around suspiciously. "Well Silas, Jesse, Alexander, Wilson, and Wilfred are outside playing baseball. Amelia is in her room admiring her clothes or herself. Evelyn, Lavinia, and Victoria are having a tea party. Victor is with his father, Edmund is with the nanny and Damian is taking a nap." Mary explained. "And Alice is?" Dorothy asked smiling knowing where she is. "She's somewhere around here." Mary said looking around the front room.

In the Courtyard by the fountain the boys were playing baseball. Alice was reading her favorite book Alice in wonderland. She looks up from her book curiously and goes to the courtyard where the boys were playing. Baseball looks like fun, Alice thought they would let her play? Alice set her book down in the grass and yells out "Hey!" The boys stop playing and look at her. "

Can I play?" Alice asked.

Silas and Alexander look at each other then laughed. Alice tilted her head and frowned "What's so funny?"

Silas is 14 and 5'9, he was pretty tall for a boy his age, Silas was that person who was haughty at times because he thought he was better than everybody. His perfect dark brown hair shimmered in the sun, and his brown eyes shone with it.

"You, and the fact that you're a girl, and girls can't play sports." Silas said grabbing his baseball glove. "Does it matter? So what if I'm a girl. I think girls have a right to play a sport just as much as boys do. So stop being sexist." Alice said walking up to Silas.

"Sexist? What the heck does that mean?" Silas asked cocking his eyebrow at her.

"It means discriminatory on the basis of sex." Alice explained confidently rolling her blue eyes at her ignorant brother.

Alice is 11 and more smart than her other siblings, basically because she reads a lot of books. She's the prettiest little thing that stood at 4'7, with her beautiful blue eyes as bright as the sky, and her blonde hair to finish off the rest of her beauty.

"What?" Alexander her asked looking at Silas for help.
