From Dreams to Reality (Jonas Brothers)

Chapter 1

Hey guys, this is a fanfic about the Jonas Brothers. It has kind of a slow start but it will get better, I promise!

Chapter 1

Nick sighed as he adjusted his large aviator shades. It wasn't that he hated being famous it was just the fact that whenever he went out in public he had to go out in disguise. He whipped out his iPhone and sent his brother Joe a text, "You guys are late" it read. Straight forward and to-the-point, that's how Nick liked it.

Joe on the other hand was quite the opposite. He did whatever he could to make life more interesting and entertaining. More often than not, he acted younger than his age. And Nick absolutely hated it when Joe stole his socks. What was so great about wearing your younger brother's socks? Nick didn't have to ask. He knew that Joe did it just to bug him.

Within a few seconds Joe replied, "That's just the way I roll :)". Nick rolled his eyes. Joe, along with Kevin, always found a way to use their own lyrics.

About 10 minutes later, Joe and Kevin walked through the door of the café where Nick was waiting for them. "Sorry, Joe here had to re-shampoo, condition, and dry his hair" said Kevin.

"What?" said Joe, with a smile, he continued, "It didn't look good the first time. One day, I'll meet my future wife, and even if I use my best pickup line, she won't go to dinner with me if my hair isn't perfect." He said as he flipped his hair like they do in the commercials. Kevin shoved him and then sat down next to Nick.

Joe said, "Come on you guys. I've told you like 12 million times that 40% of people end up marrying a stranger that they meet in public. What if I'm that 40%?"

Nick looked him in the eye and said, "What if I told you that 93.7% of all statistics are made up on the spot?"

Kevin's eyes got wide, "What!? Tha- That can't be true!" he said, frowning at his mocha that Nick had ordered for him. Joe and Nick glanced at each other and then cracked up.

"I can't believe you fell for that, Kevin." Joe said with a chuckle. Kevin didn't understand he just looked out the window as he sipped on his mocha.
