Chapter Two

[The Next Morning]

Maria yawns and wakes up. She takes one glance at her room and sighs before getting dressed. She wears;

•a blue designer top

•white mini skirt

•blue leggings

•white flats

•white vest

She looks herself in the mirror and brushes her hair first, then goes to the bathroom and brushes her teeth.

After, she goes to the kitchen for breakfast.

"Good morning mum...what's for breakfast?" Maria asks and yawns.

"Good morning sweetheart and pancakes" her mum answers.

Maria smiles, "yes!" She exclaims and sits at the table.

Soon her brother walks out of his room, still half asleep.

"Morning..." Toby yawns.

"If your still tired, then how did you get dressed?" Maria smirks.

[after breakfast]

Everyone gets in the car and drives to the airport. Maria and her family lives in Hawaii, it's still America...

They arrive at the airport and get out of the car, and enter it.

Speaker: attention please, Flight MA567 to California will be boarding in ten minutes. Thank you for listening.

Maria starts to let tears fall down her face.

"That's.. That's my flight," she sniffles.

"Yeah.." Toby mutters.

"I-I'm gonna miss you all!" Maria cries and hugs them~family hug.

Her mum starts to cry, "I'll miss you to darling" she sighs.

"Me too sis!" Toby frowns trying to hold back tears.

"I will miss you to sweetheart," her father say sadly.

They all hug for a little bit longer until the speaker goes on again.

Speaker: Flight MA567 to California is now boarding.

"I-i have to.. Go.." Maria stutters sadly wiping her tears away.

She gives them all one last hug and picks up her carry on and luggage, and walks off.

She turns back to them, smiles and waves trying to hold back the tears. They wave back and Maria gives one last sigh before walking through that door...

[after getting set]

Maria's POV

I find my seat 'C9' and sit down, putting my carry on the over-head compartments. I get a window seat, yes! Then another girl comes and sits in the seat next to me. She seems nice, blondish-brownish hair, more blondish, and seem to have a nice slim body.

"Um, hi my name's Maria, what's yours?" Maria says politely.

"Hi I'm Alexandra" she girl says.

"I like your name" Maria smiles.

"Aw, thanks. I like yours too" Alexandra smiles back.

[after the flight]

Maria gets off the plane with all her belongings. Oh shit, my mum never told me who's picking me up! Maria thought.

Shyly, she walked towards the exit and then randomly finds her name on a card. She walks towards the guy shyly.

"Uh um, are you the one who's dropping me off at California Private High School ?"Maria asks softly.

"Yes, now please follow me to the limo" he says sounding like a butler.

"A limo?" She questions.

"Yes.. A limo" he says and walks to it out front.

Maria follows him and gets in as he opens the door for her, and thanks him.

He gets in the front seat, the drivers seat. He must be the driver I guess, Maria thinks.

Soon after thirty minutes, she arrives at that Cali High School. She gets out with her carry on as the driver gets her luggage. She follows him to the office. As she walks, some boy slightly stare at her.

"Hi, how may I help you darling?" The secretary asks her.

"Uh, hi, I am Maria Lesley.. Um, I'm beginning this school today" Maria says slightly unsure of what to say.

"Oh yes that's right! Here is your papers and your dorm room key, and your locker combination, and your books" she smiles.

"Thank you kindly" Maria smiles and walks off to the elevator.

Hm.. Let's see, floor six room.. Ten? Maria thinks to herself.

She pushes the button on the elevator that has the number six. Soon the elevator doors open and she walks out and tries to find her dorm.

After like two minutes she finds her room. Ugh, please don't let me share with an annoying person.. Mostly a boy, she pleads before opening the door.

She opens the door and sees a guy shirtless on his bed on his iPad, she stares, why? Because this isn't just any ordinary guy with a six pack, it's Rocky Lynch from R5!!!

OHH MYY GOSHH!! She freaks out in her mind.

He then looks up and smiles at her, "Hi! I'm Rocky, what's your name?" He asks her.

She stops staring, "uh, um, Hi! I'm-uh, Maria, my name is Maria and I know who you are already" she stutters.

"Your an R5er aren't you?" Rocky smirks.

She chuckles, "yup!" She smiles.

"Your not gonna freak out, are you?" He questions.

"Uh no, I'm chill.. But not on the inside," she mumbles at the end.

Rocky goes and puts on a shirt. Then his whole family and Ratliff barges in.

"HEY!! Rocky!! Who's your dorm mate!" Rydel smiles.
