I get up as quietly as I can because Kaykay is still sleep. I check the time. 11:12 am. I leave a note. "Aye shawdy I'm out. I'll be here later on so you better not go no where. Love u. Shawn." I grab my clothes, get dressed and head home. I share an apartment with my best friend, Zoe. She's a bisexual stem and I swear I love that nigga. "Home the next day again. I wake up and I read Shawn's note. I smile and place it in the drawer I keep with all of her notes she's written me. She always leaves a note before she leaves if I'm sleeping. Since I apparently can't go no where, says Shawn, I slip on some black jogging pants and a blue tank top before blow drying my hair and straightening it. I admire how beautiful I am in the mirror, even in simple clothing. I go to the kitchen, grab an Arizona, a bag of Takis and plop on the couch, turning on the TV and putting on some Netflix.
