Chapter Four

After I had enough of my whole crying session I went to the kitchen to get something to eat. I looked in the fridge to see that there was no food that was still edible. God, I hate it when Tyler says there should be food in the fridge when there actually isn't any in there. I opened all the cupboards to see not even a loaf of bread or some little over expired cookies. I then moved on to checking the kitchen drawers. All I found were many pencils, highlighters, some crayons, a box of paper clips and keys to the apartment. I held on to the keys for a few seconds liking the feeling of the cold metal against my skin. I looked down the hall to the door. I could leave right now go down to that one pizza place I saw when I was walking over here. Then maybe I could go on YouTube and watch some of those illegally downloaded movies. This plan just seemed like a great plan to me right now at the moment and it seemed possible for me to do since it was simple and nothing could really go wrong. I walked out the apartment locking the door behind me of course and taking my wallet with me too. The cold air hit my face and if felt nice to get out of that place. The streets weren't as loud, but there were a few people in front of me who just seemed to be having the time of their lives. Probably tourists since from what I could barely hear they didn't seem to have British accents. I walked into the pizzeria that I had seen when I first got here. There weren't that many people in the pizzeria so I ordered quickly and made my way back to a wall where I could lean on while I waited. While I waited I checked my Instagram since it had been a while since I had last checked it. Most of the people that I followed were people that I had known in high school, all of them seemed to be enjoying there first few weeks of summer. Sadly for them they would only be able to live it for a while before they had to go back home in autumn. I was so busy liking photos on Instagram that when a group of people walked in laughing their butts off. It almost made me have a heart attack. I shook my head at them and went back to liking the photos. I occasionally looked up to just take a quick peek at them, there was one girl and four boys within the group. The girl had long brown hair with her tips of her hair blonde and by the looks of it she had blue eyes, as for the first boy he had blonde hair and same the same shade of blue color of eyes like the girl and he kept messing with the third and second boy. The second boy looked a lot like the first boy except his hair looked as if it was spiked up and he was taller and seemed to be more toned, the last boy was the tallest I'm pretty sure and he had brown curly hair and deep brown eyes and he was a bit tanner than I was which wasn't much.

"Ma'am in the back your pizza is ready." He said sort of softly. I shoved my phone in my pocket and I walked at a good pace to the register to retrieve my pizza. When I passed the group of people I heard one of them whisper something to the rest of the group and they all of a sudden started bursting out laughing. One of them caught my attention and said:

"Hey! I love your red hair! It makes you look fierce!!" I didn't know what to say about that so I grabbed my pizza and got out of the pizzeria as fast as I could go. Now considering it I'm guessing they had been making fun of me since when I walked by they laughed... also the comment with my hair? I mean no one actually says " Your hair makes you look fierce" that just doesn't happen when your around people who you just out of nowhere met. I walk back to the apartment mad on what they said. I mean WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE!?!?!? Don't they know that most of the things a person has for physical appearances they actually didn't want! If I had a choice on what color hair I had I would have never chosen bright red hair!!! I would have probably chosen a nice blonde or brown, something that doesn't make people turn and stare because your hair is just an awkward color... I slam the apartment door going in and I go to the office where I had seen Tyler's laptop. I then put the pizza calmly down on the desk and walk over to the kitchen and I rage out on the kitchen table by kicking it a couple of times. I was always known for having temper tantrums and anger issues. They're not major to be worried about things but I still had them which was why I usually back talked to people I just never really liked...

Once I pulled myself together I went back to the office and turned on the laptop to watch my illegally downloaded movies on YouTube. Getting into Tyler's laptop wasn't hard, he never changed his password ever because he still probably thinks I don't know it. Once I got in and went to YouTube I saw that Tyler hadn't signed out of his account so all these recently seen videos came up. One of the videos picture looked like one the people I had seen in the pizzeria, out of curiosity I clicked on the button to watch it and I later found out after watching 10 videos later that the girls name was Zoe and the first boy was Joe and the third and fourth boys were Marcus and Alfie. So, they were youtubers huh? Well, guess what? I don't like you and if I see you again I'm gonna make it crystal clear to you that I don't. I ended up watching more videos some by these guys named Jacksgap others by Charlieissocoollike, Jimchapman, Tanyaburr, Caspar lee, Mynameschai, and some American youtubers that I had never heard of 'till today. To be honest I felt as if these people were all people who in a high school would be the popular kids who had the looks, the jokes, and all the freaking cool experiences because they were all that. I got mad again so I decided to just stop watching them and watch my illegally downloaded movies because at least those didn't make fun of me or make me feel bad about myself.

I woke up to Tyler shaking my arm trying his hardest to wake me up in the nicest way possible.

"Lena wake up, go to bed and stop putting slobber on my laptop." I barely moved just to see the blinding light coming off the laptop which was now ON again and I felt my cheek wet which I'm guessing was no other than my saliva.

"But Tyler, I'm really tired I don't want to go to my bed that means I actually have to get up and use up energy that I don't have." I whined. He sighed and moved me away from his laptop and picked me up like a child and tried his best to actually carry me the best way possible.

"I'm only doing this because your tired and you had to come here on a plane for like 10 hours, if it weren't for that I would have grabbed a spray bottle and sprayed you with water." He jokingly. I kissed his cheek and wiped my wet cheek on his shirt.

"Have I ever told you I love you?" I asked half asleep.

"Only when your unbelievably tired and want me to carry you somewhere." He replied back.I grabbed on to his neck tighter not wanting him to let me fall on the hard floor.

"Tyler?"

" Hmm?"

"Do you ever think I'll be happy?" Tyler put me in bed and tucked me in still not answering my question. It took him a few seconds for him to actually say something or at least I think he answered my question but I don't know I kept fading in and out from reality and dreaming.

"I think you'll be happy if you actually let go of the past and let yourself be happy." He then turned off the light and closed the door letting me fall into a deep and wonderful sleep.
