Thank you so much for agreeing to this interview. So I will start now...

Tell us a little something special about yourself and your background?

I'm married and a mom of two teenagers and have LOVED reading all of my life!

Which genre did your winner book belong to? What draws you to this genre? 

Chicklit ~ I love Romance and Chicklit is my sub genre.

What do people hate the most about you?

I'm very picky

Do you ever get writer's Block? Give one tip on how to get through the dreaded writer's block? 

I haven't experienced writer's block yet, but I'm sure at some point I will . . .

How do you react to negative comments?

I take a deep breath, and move past it, trying to believe in my abilities.

Which person would you like to meet from WP and why? Tag them. 

TraceySteven8 She has been so supportive of me and she writes my favorite genre, Regency Romance 😊

Who are your favorite authors? 

Julianne Donaldson, Nadine Millard, Jennifer Moore and Jennifer Peel to name a few. They're Published on Amazon. . .

What do your family say about your writing? 

They are so supportive and happy that I discovered that I had a hidden talent . . . I didn't even realize I could write until this Summer! 😱 I was home dealing with Seizure Disorder and started writing as an outlet. My family is thrilled for me 🎉

Best thing about being YOU?

My willpower to never give up in spite of the most challenging circumstances!

Is being a writer a gift or a curse? 

Definitely a gift! I found it later in life, but I'm so thankful to have found it 😊

You only get 3 words to describe yourself – what are they? 

Determined, loyal, loving.

Do you work to an outline or plot or do you prefer just see where an idea takes you? 

I like seeing where an idea takes me. . . I can get an idea from a song or a name and then start writing a whole story. I was in the Dentist chair and a song came on the radio and inspired a whole Chapter for one of my Stories 😂😳

What do you think about The Freedom Awards? Would you like to suggest something to better it next time? 

I was impressed when I filled out the contestant form. I had no clue that I would actually win, but I really believed in my book. . . The Freedom Awards was very organized and I was really impressed!

How do you feel about winning a Freedom Award? 

I'm honored!! I'm a new writer and didn't know how my works would be received. . . There are so many talented and amazing Authors on Wattpad compared to me! I was happy when I got 100 reads 🤗 But I really believed in my Book and figured I had nothing to lose by entering the Awards. So when I won, I was in shock and awe and very appreciative. 😱😳😊🎉

Any Message for the people of Wattpad? 

I'm so blown away by the talent on Wattpad! I hope to achieve success with my Corwin Brothers Series Books 1, 2 and 3. I feel like they are part of my family 😂 But, seriously I hope everyone will check out this Series, I'm so proud of it, I feel like this Series is my crowning achievement. The Road To: Avalon (The Corwin Brothers Book 1) that I won a Freedom Award for is the book that made me begin to feel like a writer and I ❤️ the other 2 Books in this Series as well. Thank you for following my writing journey and letting me tell this family's story. I look forward to continued growth in my writing. I'm very thankful to a writing platform like Wattpad.
