The Children Of 7

Chapter 1: Sam's pov

  "Get your things together guys, the girls are waiting for you on the hill. The taxi will be here soon!" Percy told the boys before leaving the room. Sam and his closest friends were going on a trip to Rome for his 18th birthday, and they were already running late for the plane.

  The guys walked up the hill were they met the girls, who had been waiting for them for a pretty long ime according to Jewel ; "Seriously guys? We have been waiting for like 30 minutes!" She said in a irritated voice. "I... We... are sorry Jewel..." Sam had a big crush on Jewel, and it was pretty obvious even tho he tried to hide it the best he could.

The taxi driver honked and the group walked down the hill and up to the road. As soon as they got into the car the driver put his foot on the pedal and sped his way through the traffic. They got to the airport pretty quick, and they ran into the bag check-in line. They only had 30 min left until the plane would board. They checked their bags in and ran to the gate. When they arrived at the gate they saw that their flight had been delayed for 10 minutes, so Sam thought that it would be a good opportunity to get some snacks for the group, so he walked to the nearest taxfree store and bought 5 chocolate bars, 3 packs of mentos and 4 chip bags.

*From airport speakers*  "Good morning passengers. This is the pre-boarding announcement for flight 89B to Rome. We are now inviting those passengers with small children, and any passengers requiring special assistance, to begin boarding at this time. Please have your boarding pass and identification ready. Regular boarding will begin in approximately ten minutes time. Thank you."

Most of the people in the group had adhd, so they got to board the plane before all the other passengers. When Sam walked in to the plane he realized that this would be his first time ever flying. He started to get a bit nervous, because this was his first  time flying and he thought to himself that alot of stuff could go wrong. The only thing that was calming him down was the fact that he was going to sit next to Jewel.

*From plane speakers* "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome onboard Flight 89B with service from New York to Rome. We are currently third in line for take-off and are expected to be in the air in approximately seven minutes time. We ask that you please fasten your seatbelts at this time and secure all baggage underneath your seat or in the overhead compartments. We also ask that your seats and table trays are in the upright position for take-off. Please turn off all personal electronic devices, including laptops and cell phones. Smoking is prohibited for the duration of the flight. Thank you for choosing Mountain Airlines. Enjoy your flight!"
