"Lucky, come and get your breakfast, and then get off too school." I shouted up the stairs. "Okay mum, I'm on my way!" I walked into the kitchen, Rebecca, dad and Luke were sat at the island in the kitchen. "Good morning darling!" "Good morning, you all okay?"I said to everyone, pouring some coffee in my flask. "Right, we should get off to our meeting, Come on Chrissie, we'll go through now." Dad said too me, he kissed Rebecca on the head as he walked past her and said goodbye to Ronnie.
Lachlan White P.O.V
"Mum, can Belle come over tonight after college?" I said as I walked into the office, I placed my laptop on my desk and sat down. "I don't even know why you're bothering her, she is only with you for your money, how do you know she won't dump you when it gets tough." She replied "Mum, will you stop saying that!" I shouted "Okay okay, yes she can come over, just know that she is more than likely using you for your money" She said in an emotionless tone "Oh whatever, I'm going to college, I'll see you later" I said as I walked out of the room.
Rebecca White P.O.V
"Chrissie, you should be nicer about her, she is the best thing that has ever happened too him, and she really likes him, you can really see it!" I said once Lachlan had left. "Hm maybe so, I just don't want him getting hurt that's all" She said as she glared at me "Oh come on Chrissie, they care a lot about each other, and you're hardly the expert on perfect relationships are you?" I snapped back at her "Well that was hardly my fault, I just want to protect him from that thieving flea-infested family" She bellowed back as she walked out, slamming the door behind her
