Well, this was it. The night of homecoming; and anti-homecoming for me. Ari and I woke up around 10am packed our overnight bags for the hotel in disneyland. We were all gonna drive up there together to be safe, and to save gas. We were leaving at 5, since the show started at 7:30. We needed to make sure we had time to get to the place. This was going to be SO fun! Robby was still in San Francisco for a few days, so he wouldn't see us go. Ari and I were now downstairs eating breakfast and talking to her parents.
"You girls still in your pj's?" Mrs. O'neal asks, surprised.
"Haha! It's still early, mom. We have time. We aren't leaving out until 5." Ari explains.
"Well, you girls have fun tonight! And be careful!" Mrs. O'neal says.
"And don't let any of the guy spressure you into-"
"Dad! It's fine! Good lord..." Ari says, annoyed.
We all share a laugh and continue to eat our breakfast. I then got a text from Ash, so I slipped away from the table.
"Hey babe. I can't wait for tonight! I'm headlining with BVB! :D I was thinking...after the show, do you wanna hang out? Or go somewhere around disney? Doesn't matter what we do...might as well make tonight sort of special, right? ;)" -Ash
I blush bright red and text him back.
"right!? I'm excited as well! I can't wait to rock out! I know you're gonna kick ass up there! And I LOVE disney! I'm so excited to be going up there for a night! We can do whatever...doesn't matter to me. At least we get to see each other. xxo"
As soon as I pressed send, Ari plopped down next to me, with a devilish smile on her face. "And who was that?" She asks.
"It was Ash! Haha! We're hanging out after the show." I hummed.
"Well as long as WE have some sister time!" She says, raising an eyebrow.
"Of course we will! I didn't move in for nothing!" I say laughing.
The next 6 or so hours seemed to drag by. We were in Ari's room listening to dubstep and watching the regular show. I looked up again and it was 3. The guys would be here in a fe whours, or earlier. I nudge Ari and grinned. She looked at the clock, beaming and shot up out of her bed and ran to the bathroom. I laughed and Used Robby's bathroom to shower in. I the head back to my room to dry off and get dressed. I wore my mid-thigh, betsey johnson dress which had laced white ruffles at the bottom. The top of the dress was black. It was scrunched up at the sides and it was a tube dress. I adored it! Robby bought it for me for my 16th birthday last year! I hated not wearing a bra in public, so I slipped my dress down to quickly tie on a black bikini top. I then slipped on my black sparkly toms. I proceeded to the bathroom when Ari was done to do my makeup and hair. I curled my hair and used a skull ribbon to put it into a side ponytail. I straightened my bangs and let them hang out. Then I headed downstairs to wait on Ari. 10 minutes later, she finally came down, and she looked gorgeous! She was wearing a navy blue, mid-thigh spagetti strap dress with a gold waisted belt attached to it. She also had her hair curled, but it was out. She wore black fishnet tights with navy blue ballet flats.
"Tada! How do I look? And you m'am, look gorgeous!" She said, while spinning around.
"Thanks love, and YOU...YOU look absolutely-"
"Stunning?" Ari joked.
"Uh yes, miss conceited!" I laugh.
Then, Ari's parents come downstairs, lugging our overnight bags. Mrs. O'neal had her camera ready for pictures.
"You girls look beautiful!" She exclaimed.
"I agree! Have fun tonight you guys. I'm sure Ryan and Marty will be here soon?" He asks.
We suddenly hear the bell ring. It was Ryan and Marty. Good timing, Mr. O'neal. I swing the door open to Ryan and Marty. I step aside so they can come in. When Ryan saw Ari, his face lightened up, and his jaw slightly dropped. I noticed Marty was eyeing me also, and smiling. I just roll my eyes.
"I know. We look smexay...Now lets take some photos!" I say.
Everyone laughs as Mrs. O'neal takes about 10 pics of all of us. We then pack all of our things in Ryan's trunk while Ari is getting money from her folks.
"Have fun you guys. Be good and stay out of trouble." Mr. O'neal says smiling.
"We will! Bye daddy! I love you both!" Ari yells as we all load into the car.
"OMG! This is gonna be SO fun!" I say excitedly as Ryan is pulling out of the driveway.
"Who knew homecoming could be turned into something so cool?" Marty hums.
The whole way there, we blast all time low, miss may i, panic! at the disco, and any other band you could think of and sing like retards. We were SO pumped for the show tonight! We couldn't stop talking about who we wanted to see, who was better than who, and what disney rides we were gonna ride after the show. After about 40 minutes of driving, we arrive at disneyland! Ari and I could not stop shaking and squealing. We drove past the amusement part of the park, and headed down another road that led to 3 different hotels across from each other. We were staying at 'Sleeping Beauty's Castle'. Weird name, but it was absolutely gorgeous! It was a 5 star hotel with a huge multi-colored water fountain in front. We unload our overnight bags and head inside to the front desk for our cards/keys. Of course, girls in one room, guys in the other. We were in rooms 218a and 218b. Once we walked inside, my eyes felt like they fell out of the sockets. Our rooms were beautiful! We even had a balcony and view of the WHOLE park! Of course, everyone had their own king sized bed as well. I quickly snap my head to look at Ryan, with wide eyes. They all laugh uncontrollably at my reactions.
"Hey now! I'm not used to all this luxury shit. Have you forgotten I was in and out of foster care, and was NEVER spoiled or aknowleged inmy rotten family?" I said, pouting.
"We didn't mean it like that, babe. Your reactions are just priceless." Ryan says laughing.
I just put my tongue out at them and look down at my phone. It was 6:30. The show started at 7!
"Just saying, the show starts at 7, people. We should really get down there and try and get a decent spot." I say, looking at all of them.
"Snap! You're right! I'll get the tickets out of my bag and we can head out. DONT forget your hotel keys, guys!" Ryan informs, before disappearing into his own room.
"So! Who are yall most excited to see!?" Marty asks.
"I'M here for falling in reverse! I fuckin' LOVE ronnie and derek!" I exclaim.
"Haha, you would, Lizzie!" Ari hummed.
"Hey! You're the one in love with ricky olson!" I say laughing.
"HEY!...wait...oh, he does look good...he's SO gorg.!" She sighs.
"Gorg?" Marty and I say in unison.
"Gorg. means gorgeous. I know...I'm a genius!" Ari says, smiling.
We all share a laugh as Ryan runs back into me and Ari's room.
"OK! I have our tickets. make sure your key is in your pockets!" Ryan says, handing us all our tickets.
"OMG! This is SO exciting!" Ari squeals.
