You never told me

glorys pov:
lucas didn't tell me anything about the mission which was weird but then I asked mr. smith and he said lucas would tell me , I decided to put that thought in the back of my mind because lucas had no teason to lie maybe he just forgot , we got on the train , since we were gonna have to walk for like an hour to get there and , when we get off the train we have a 5 minute walk with no words exchanged just me looking at the sky everynow and then , a dinner cones to view and we quickly enter

there stood a girl about my age with blonde hair and next to her was a man I knew a little too well , who was suppose to be in jail , I knew what I had to do yet its like I was frozen in place , lucas took my arm and linked it with his , then we walked over to the table , the man was grabbing the girl by the hair and saying something I have heared a little too much " you are useless "

in that moment anger took over my body and I sat down in front of him and the girl , he quickly stoped what he was doing and looked at me , he smiled a devious smile then said " hey little girl , missed me, you usel" I cut him off " say that shit one more time and its gonna get worse " he looked at lucas and said " you got a feisty one "

then quickly looked back at me and said " what truths hurt" I reply" thats it im done with this shit " then looked at lucas he had something in his eyes he was not afraid when I took the gun out   he was now curious , It appears I was looking at him a little more than intended

cause he walked to my side and pulled the trigger from the gun that was in my hand my eyes never breaking eye contact , then he took my arm and we ran out of there never looking back , we got on a train and made our way home while we were on the train lucas looks at me and says " so what is he " I look at him and reply " what?"

glory- lucas ~

-ohh , umm I um you know
~ Mr.smith told me about this mission and he told me to keep shut why?
-I don't know why
~you do glory 

we got off the train and started walking to the apartment but instead I continued to the roof and lucas followed once we were both there I say

-he was it
~ why didn't you tell me
- well we didn't exacly met up on the right foot ya know , I still recall you calling me useless the first day we met
~ thats why you acted that way
- yeah im sorry
~ no, im sorry for being an asshole , I should have never said that
- don't worry about it

we both walk down and wait since maddie and michael were coming tomorrow at 4:00 am cause the tickets were cheaper . He sits next to me and says " listen , I know we didn't get on the right foot , but I want you to trust me , I don't want you to think I am a little rich boy who can't do anything , listen Im here for anything you need "

I just noded then we heard the secret knock it was already 6 so lucas was leaving before I opened the door he grabbed my wrist and pulled me in for a hug , I smiled into it and I could tell he noticed , then he let me go and opened the door mr . smith walked on with a bag of shoes and said " here glory , you get to wear this tonight "

I smile and take them then thanked him , he says " remember be ready they are gonna pick you up at 8 " I nod then both of them walked out , lucas turns around and winks at me , I suddenly feel my face start to warm up but luckly he was already down the stairs . I go to my room and quickly open the box to find a red long dress

it didn't have bling it had a V neckline but didn't reveal anything and the lower part was filled with red glitter on it it was beautiful then I take out a pair of black heels and dress up I am finished and I decided to straighten my hair , its lenght reached my shoulders , then I took my gun and placed it below my dress just in case ,

I looked at the clock then I heard a knock so I walked out and there was a man , he smiled and I returned it , he was my "father" then we got into a car and drove to smith's mansion when we got there , we entered and went our seperate ways I went over and said hi to smith then trying to look for lucas I got lost

that resulted in me bumping into two men dressed up in tuxedos with devilish smiles on their faces , then one of them took me by each arm and I couldn't move not without making a scene then mr.smith looks at me with a face of horror , then mouths " dont worry " I nod but my heart beat quickens

then I see lucas and I feel a wave of relief over me , the two men stop in their tracks and laugh then they pull out guns , and everyone begins to scream and run out of the house , lucas stands in the front of them and me , his eyes look at me and back at them , then he says" let her go or you will be sorry "

his voice was quiet yet  filled with anger , his eyes were filled with madness and hate , then one of the men pull out their gun and my eyes widen in shock he doesn't shoot but hits his head with the gun and that results in Lucas falling to the ground with blood dripping down his head ,

I scream in panic and fear then I try to escape the men's hold but it was imposible , they take me up the stairs while tears streamed down my face , while we were walking up I looked back and saw him on the floor looking back at me and holding his head " lucas " was the only thing I could say ,

he looked furious and I have never seen this side of him , but something had me intrigued , then I felt a hand on my check one of them had slapped me , then I heard two gunshots , and I looked back mr.smith was holding a gun and he was next to lucas ,

he shot the men on their legs cause he was pretty far away both men fall and their grip on me disappears then I turn around and see lucas sitting on the floor but he looked consious , I run down the stairs and  into his arms , then I look at him and say " are you okay " He looks at me with pain in his eyes and I just feel my heart shatter , before I know it I was sobbing
