Luna's Point of View:
I made Juan dinner as he came home from the studio as he's been spending his whole day there.
"Hey baby" he said as he approached me and gave me a kiss on my lips before placing a kiss on my forehead.
"How was your day?" He added.
"Good. And how was it at the studio?" I said.
We both sat down at the table and ate while continued to talk.
"Exhausting" he said.
"You almost done recording your songs?" I asked.
"Yup... Just got one more and it's a big and you'll love it!" He explained.
"I love anything you sing!" I explained.
"Yeah, but you'll love this one!" He said.
"Really? Why do you say that?" I asked feeling a bit curious on what he's trying to explain.
"Well, when I'm writing songs or they're writing songs that I'll never know if I'll be singing them on my own or they'll partner me up with someone. So, when they told me who I'll be singing with... I was surprised and when I tell you this you'll be surprised too!" He explained.
"Who are you singing with?" I wondered.
"Shakira!" He said.
My jaw just dropped and I was definitely surprised.
"Shakira!?" I said.
"Yeah" he said.
I got up from the table and I knew he got up too and we walked into the living room. And I was pacing back and forth as I couldn't believe it.
"You're serious!? You're doing a duet with Shakira!?" I asked as I didn't believe him still.
"Yes, I'm actually doing a duet with Shakira!" He said.
"After, they told me that I just got flashbacks and thought that this is going to be awesome" he said.
I walked towards him and wrapped my arms around him and just hugged him.
"I felt like I just got flashbacks too. I can't believe it! You're doing a duet with this talented woman who we danced and listened to as kids!" I said.
"I know right! You've known... Me would be singing with Shakira" he said.
We both smiled uncontrollably and sat down on the couch together.
"So, when do you start doing the song?" I asked him.
"Next week! And after doing vocals... We're going to shoot a music video and if you want to you can come and watch us on set" he explained.
"Of course, I'll go on set! I can't wait to see how this video looks afterwards" I said.
