It's Wednesday now and Claire is on her way over. She usually visit's me on Monday's but she said she didn't like the idea of me being alone all day with my thoughts. Shes probably right.
"Heyy" Claire says as she enters my room,pulling me into a hug
"Hi"i greet
"How are you doing?"
"Eh,I'm okay"I say with a shrug of my shoulders
"You sure?Anything you want to talk about?"She questions, she does this a lot& it gets annoying
"No I'm good,thanks tho"
"So what have you been doing all day?"
"I slept, I woke up like 10 minutes before you messaged me"I laughed, but Claire did not find it very funny
"Lexi,you can't be sleeping so much it's not healthy"
"I don't have anything else to do"
"There are plenty of things you could be doing other than sleeping"
"Yeah yeah,whatever"
"Anyways, I know this is probably going to be a no but your mom called again. She really wants to see you! Has your answer changed?"
"Why does she even care" I say,taking Claire by surprise
"Why does Demi care?"
"Yeah. Like she hasn't cared for the past 15 years so why now. I just don't understand, what changed"
"You & I both know that only one person holds the answers to your questions"
