I am Chapter 10

i walked through the halls when i saw Puck kiss Mercy's cheek and leave i went and took his arm.

"hey stallion how's the reputation going " i smirked as we walked down the hall.  We passed Jacob Israel who looked away in fear we stopped and Puck unlinked himself from me pulling him back and smashing him into a locker.

"what was that?" he asked

"whatever i did I'm sorry. here take my lunch money as a apology" he whimpered. getting at his money.

"put that away. why didn't you look at me when you walked past?" he questioned

"your dating Mercedes Jones and everyone is calling Lexi St James your protégé and new sister. their popular girls in school. your cool-o-meter is off the charts which means most of us are terrified of you again. some of the guys who threw you in the dumpster actually transferred out of fear of retaliation." he informed us i saw Puck smirk which then cause Jacob to smile.

"i didn't say you could smile, give me your lunch money. Also my girl needs a coffee" he slammed him once again before, draping his arm over me and walking down the hall. Santana flirted with him in her eyes and of course Puck looked back to check her out.

Mercedes and Ana battled it out with "that boy is mine" it was entertaining even though they were both my friends. Puck was taking in all the glory that two girls were fighting over him and he bad rep was back.

"wow that was intense, i gotta give you guys props for the passion but maybe hold back on the animosity a little bit." Mr Shue butted in when they started pushing each other., when he let go Santana pushed Mercy hard.

"okay that is it now. you can go at it in song but that is it"

"enjoy it while you can wheezie, his hair is already starting to grow back" she swaned out of class. Mr Shue held Merc back as she left and turned to us. the bell rang and we left.

"hey I'm restoring order by tossing the dweebs in the dumpster come with?" i shrugged

"got nothing else to do" i followed him outside after i got lunch and some of the jocks were there with geeks lined up.

first was Israel then others i didn't know the name of. they were getting chucked in.

"Puck, Lexi what the hell is going on here?" Mercy came up to us as i finished my food.

"just a little payback." there was a groan. "you hear that. it's the sound of order being restored"

"no man of mine is going to be doing this" she folded her arms

"babe, this is what we do. i mean look at them, they need this. without the fear of a good dumpster toss, it would be chaos round this place. look you may not like this but you gotta accept it. we are a part of the system. top of the heap....who's next?" he questioned. she turned around with a huff

i was in class after lunch when Mr Figgins pulled me out of lunch my parents were here.

"mom, dad? what are you doing here?" i questioned meeting them outside the office with my jacket  and bag.

"oh baby look at you. Cheerleader" mom hugged me, oh kay.

"yeah i thought Jessie would have told you seen as you practically speak to him every night"

"he always says your busy, that why we came here" dad told me

"yeah we taking you out of school for a few days." mom added

"you can't i have commitments i need to clear with teachers first" i reply

"Mr Figgins will take care of that come on. we want to hear all about what you've been up to." they wrapped a arm around me and took me out to the car.
