I wake up after a mind invading battle with the infamous "Lord" Ren. I take the time to look around the room and I notice Nova's gone. Before I get to comprehend my panic I hear a trooper at my door. "Ren wants the prisoner." who? Nova? I hear shuffling then my door slides open, "Let's go" i reply slowly "You got it boss." He unlocks the restraints I'm in and places new ones around my wrists. He starts guiding me me down various hallways. All I can focus on is looking into other cells as I pass by looking for Nova. "Turn here." We make a sudden sharp right turn into what seems to be a narrow crawl space, "Listen carefully, if you do what exactly as I say, I can get you out of here." I look at him confused then the trooper takes off his helmet and continues "This is a rescue. I'm helping you escape. Can you fly a tie fighter?" "You're with the resistance?" I ask hopefully, "What? No no no, I'm breaking you out-" "What about Nova?" "Who?""My partner, I'm not leaving without her?" I continue to urge the trooper, "Where is she?""Listen if you stay here they're going to execute you as soon as they can. They already got everything they wanted from you, plus, orders were to leave her unharmed."Unharmed? "But why?" "I don't know but I can save you today, while you can save her tomorrow, how's that sound?" Shit.I don't see many options, if any. He's right. If I stay I can't help her. I give him a nod in approval, "Now can you fly a Tie Fighter?"

Nova's POV
I wasn't in my cell long before I heard alarms blaring through the hallways And troopers rushing about. "Code427- this is priority one on all levels." I hear a voice through intercom. What the hell does that mean? Then I hear the two troopers guarding my cell, "Escapee? From Jakku?" The other responds, "Maybe, last I heard Ren wanted to see him." I can't believe it! Poe is escaping. And before I know it I let out a breath of relief. "Code427 This is priority one Report to portsode Air craft hanger." What? He's found a ship? That's the total opposite way of the detention block...No. No way he'd leave me here. We would never leave one another behind. Especially in the hands of the First Order. Then the alarms start to fade and commotion starts to dwindle. Was he caught? I hope so. No. Can't think that way. Not now, it's critical I don't loose hope. Soon I hear the faint whirring of Ties near my window. Must be pretty close if I can hear from inside the ship. I look out and see a tie fighter zoom past the floor above mine and a formation of 5 or 6 follow in distant pursuit. He did it, he escaped. He left me...
