The sound of vibration against my mattress initially brought me out of my slumber, the fact it hadn't stopped after the first ring was enough to anger me. I was usually a deep sleeper and never woke to these things, but I suppose now would be the exception.

I searched through my bed briefly, soon finding the still ringing phone illuminated with Peter's contact photo and name. "Hello," I groaned, wiping my eyes in hope it would make them easier to open.

"Hey," he sighed.

"What's up," I mumbled, turning onto my side with the phone between my ear and pillow.

"It's two in the morning, I hadn't expected you to even answer," he chuckled.

"Two in the morning, really? I must have fallen asleep without realizing," I peeked an eye open to see the television running. "Is everything all right?"

"Yeah, I was just hoping we could meet up," he coughed.

"I'm not leaving the house," I pushed out.

"That's ok, I'm already outside of yours," he breathed. "It's a little chilly out here, so if you could-" I hung up the phone, tossing it onto the floor, before dragging myself out of bed, down the stairs, and before the front door. I opened, and as expected, Peter waited on the other side, bundled up in cloths to keep warm. "You're so rude," he laughed, a soft smile across my face.

"Good morning to you too," I yawned, turning around to go back upstairs. "I'm just gonna have to get you a key so you don't have to bother anyone anymore."

"Hey, if this is such a problem-"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, it's early," I stopped my pace to turn around and look at him. "Come on," I held my hand out, his hand soon meeting mine. Despite all the fabric he wore, his hands were still cold. "What's wrong, why're you out and about at this hour," I rubbed his hand with my thumb, soon leading us to my room.

"I couldn't stop thinking about you," he spoke behind me, my heart race picking up. "Kinda, not really," he joked, my hand immediately retracting from his.

"I'm just kidding!" He laughed aloud.

"Yeah, yeah," I put myself under the covers.

"No, it's partially true," he clarified, beginning to strip himself of the extra layers. Once down to his shirt and sweatpants, he slid next to me, arms wrapping around my body to pull closer to his.

"I'm not falling for that one again," I mumbled into the pillow, my arm over his, our legs intertwined at the end of the bed.

"I mean it," he spoke into my neck, gently placing a kiss against the skin after.

"Does May know you're here?"

"No, she was asleep," his thumb rubbed against the fabric covering my stomach.

"Please let her know before she freaks in the morning," I chuckled.

"She should know by now I haven't gotten many friends I'd just up and see at this hour. It'll be fine," he assured.

"All right," I sighed, eyes slowly opening and soon shutting. "Have you slept at all?"

"No," he sighed, pulling his body from mine to lay on his back. He ran his hands across his hair, pushing it back.

"What's on your mind?"

"School, meeting your mom, you," he explained while I rolled over to look at him.

"Why?"

"What do you mean why?"

"Well you've already got two out of three, I don't see the dilemma," I ran my arm across his torso, hand cupping around the other side so I hugged his body. "Don't make yourself ill, Pete. You're brilliant, I swear," I rubbed the other side, giving him a quick squeeze before letting go.

"You're so right," he shook his head.

"I know," I yawned, rolling back to my original position. "Get some rest so you're ready for tonight," I felt his presence behind me again.

"I like you," he pressed his lips to my cheek.

"I like you too, Peter," I laughed, feeling my heart pick up pace, and his hold becoming tighter. My hand came back to his hair, running my fingers through, while turning my body to face him. His hands regained warmth, I could tell as one rested against my skin beneath my shirt. He was very hands on, I had no problem with it.

I kissed him passionately, and terribly slow but who would care at this hour. One of his arms slid beneath my neck for support, and the other hung lazily around my waist.

"Riley," rang through my ears, a hand gently rocking my shoulder back and forth to wake me. "Time to wake up," I opened my eyes to see my room illuminated with the sunrise, my mom's figure glowing perfectly.

"What are you doing here?" I looked around, finding Peter gone, and my phone still on the floor.

"Took the day off so I could rest, and meet this boy of yours," she smiled.

"What time is it?" I rubbed my eyes.

"Seven," she picked up the device and handed it to me.

"I must have forgotten to set my alarms last night," I shook my head, tucking loose hair behind my ear. "I crashed early."

"It happens, better start get ready," she exited my room.

"Can't I just miss today?" I called.

"Absolutely not," she shouted back. At least I tried. I began getting ready for the day, and enjoyed a relaxed car ride with my mom. We were great together, laughing and finding humor in the same things. "Should I pick you up after school, or are you coming with Peter?"

"Probably coming with them, I'll let you know," I grabbed my bag from the floor. "See ya," I stepped out of the car, waving to her.

She waved briefly, before driving away. I followed my peers into the school, pulling my phone from my pocket to be reminded it hadn't charged last night, and to learn the whereabouts of Peter. I called his phone, pressing it to my ear, before fingers tapped on my right shoulder. Turning to my right, there was nothing there, causing me to quickly turn to my left, finding Peter with a goofy grin and his phone pressed to his ear.

"Hello," he spoke, laughing aloud right after. He was so pure, soft truthfully. A small smile shaped my lips.

"Morning," I nodded, putting my phone away.

"Sorry I wasn't there this morning, I heard your mother and left," he explained, locking his phone and sliding it into his pocket.

"It's fine," I shook my head, yawning slightly.

"Geesh, get any rest last night?" He looked toward me, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Oh yeah, you know, some tossing and turning, and what not," we climbed the few short stairs to the entrance of the school.

"Ah sucks, I slept like a baby," he boasted. "You make a great little spoon," his arm went over my shoulder, giving it a squeeze before finding my hand and locking fingers. "I'm sorry if this is a lot right now, i know it's early but I just adore you," he gushed.

"Peter," I couldn't raise my eyes from the ground, my cheeks hurting from smiling.

"You make me feel so alive," he continued. "I don't know where I'd be without you," we finally reached my locker. He let my hand go to tuck hair behind my ear. "Let's get out of here," he suggested.

"Go where?" I shuffled through my books.

"Anywhere," he scratched at the fabric of my sweatshirt.

"Peter Parker doesn't skip school," I furrowed my eyebrows together, laughing.

"I'm so far ahead, it wouldn't even matter... Let's go to Stark tower, I have something to show you," I glanced to him looking at me intently.

"Ok," I spoke softly, nodding my head.
