Back to Normal! I think? Chapter 9

Silvers POV

I was watching TV until someone came through the door. It was Sonic. "I thought you would be gone longer than 1 hour" I said looking back at him. "Uh Yea I actually had to come back early......where is Shadow" He asked. "Shadow is out with Rouge. He didn't want to go but she begged him" I said. But I was confused. Why did Sonic come back early. When he leaves in the morning he usually doesn't come back until the Afternoon. "Silver?" Sonic snapped me out of my thoughts. "Y-Yea" I replied. "Are you ok" He asked. "Yea im fine" I replied again and Sonic sat on the other couch. "So..uh..What do you remember from yesterday" I asked again. "Not much, why do you ask" He said looking at me. "Just asking" I said and he looked away. I am making it look WAY to obvious.

Hours later we sat in complete silence.

"Uhh so-" I said But the door opened. "Im back" Shadow said. I sighed in relief that I don't have to sit in silence! "Hey Shadow!" I said. He looked to Sonic then back to me. "What?" Sonic said. We said nothing. He rolled his eyes and went to his room. "Silver..." Shadow said. "What" I said. "Tails is coming tomorrow to tell us something" He said sitting next to me. "What do he wanna tell us?" I asked. "I don't know!" He yelled. Geez he is so on edge lately (More then usual). I wanted to go in Sonics room but he seems to be in a bad mood. "So how's Sonic?" Shadow asked. I looked at him in surprise. Why would he care about Sonic right now. Its off. "He had been rude" i said crossing my arms. "Why?" He asked. "I don't know if I did I would have told you" i said. "Look i am sorry for being rude-er that usual" he said. He caught me by surprise. Why is HE saying sorry. "Its...its ok" I said. "Tell anybody about this and I will shove your quills in you mouth!!" He yelled. "There is the Shadow we know and love" I said facing the TV. He playfully punched my arm and watched TV.

Hours later
Shadows pov

I went in Sonics room and took his phone while he was sleep. I seen Messages with a unknown number. I looked through them.
