Darkness Consumes

Chapter Two

    He stumbled back slightly looking up at the Person in front of him, i seemed to not be paying attention He blinked and i seemed surprised as well i looked to be a high school or college student "are you alright?" He asked this almost out of instinct.

I was standing there in shock did he just ask me if I was okay? I'm the one that bumped into him. I stood there blankly before choking out words "y-yeah I'm fine, but are you?" I watched him nod swiftly. Normally in a situation like this I'd be slightly annoyed and leave but I didn't, I instead looked over the man standing in front of me. He had slightly long blonde hair and one blue and one brown eye it was interesting. I stayed standing there until a voice called my name.

He watched as the boy in front of him looked him over with slight curiosity before i turned to a voice behind me "ERIN!!!" I growled slightly pushing my glasses up, i had raven black almost purple hair color and dark pink eyes, my purple and black patched sweater shifted as i turned to see another boy running towards me. This male had pitch black hair and what seemed to be light orange eyes but besides colors their appearance was almost as twins.

He ran over to his brother almost out of breath leaning down to catch his breath placing my hands on the knees of my white jeans before looking up to hear "what do you want now Ezai?" My voice was cold although He was used to it "....nothing"

He said quietly, and it was true He didn't want anything in particular "oh! But my dreams are starting to get lighter the suffocation isn't bothering me anymore" He spoke happily but immediately went silent again after hearing me scowl. He then looked behind him to see a man in warm autumn colors like brown and orange, he had a dark wood brown pair of jeans on along with an orange sweater, it went well with his blonde hair.

When The stranger looked at them both fully they did look like twins they both were wearing the same outfit although Erin's was purple and black and Ezai's was all white it was strange "hello" He waved slightly to the other as he turned his bright lovely eyes towards him he waved happily but looked back down as the other scowled "are you to siblings?" He asked without thinking. The similarities were obvious their body types were lean and tall and their head shape was slightly rounded but tough looking, I nodded in response to his question before nagging at the other on not to bother me again. Ezai looked as if he was going to tear up any moment but didn't.

I scowled but my expression turned slightly softer as Ezai whimpered I have to admit he was slightly annoying and a bit insane but he was still my little brother by a year that is, I was taller than him by a few inches which I was proud of. I placed my hand on his head ruffling his black hair a bit before turning to the man who was now grinning "what?" He seemed to snap back into reality when I spoke "oh uh nothing, it's just you were bonding and it was nice...ah never mind. My name is Brady and I'm guessing from what I heard you're ..." I pointed to the dark colored twin first announcing his name "Erin" I then pointed to the light colored one announcing their name as well. "And your Ezai" they both nodded in unison.
