PERSONALITY ▬▬▬▬▬ elena is a bullheaded, individualistic girl, who's as opinionated and stubborn as they get. she's a tough nut to crack, as she strongly stands by her morals and isn't easily swayed by others. yet, this very obstinacy has it's own unique charm to it, perhaps from the confidence it makes her seem to have, and the courage she has to speak up for herself. nonetheless, it makes her quite a natural leader, as much as it sometimes causes disturbancies and troubles for herself and others.
elena is spontaneous and impulsive, always acting on her instincts and gut rather than thinking things through. this rash behaviour isn't necessarily only bad, as it allows her to live with reckless abandon that sometimes lead to unexpectedly wonderful outcomes. still, the rules of winning some and losing some still apply, and she occasionally still earns a lesson or two on this attitude of hers.
elena has a rather soft side that can easily be brought out, with her compassionate nature and a tendency to pity others. it doesn't help that she comes from a wealthy family background, that further heightens her sympathy for the poorer and less fortunate. while she tends to keep her guard up, she can't deny that she wishes to help such people. this comes hand in hand with her kindheartedness, which make her likeable as much as an easy target for deceit.
while elena feels left out from her family, she still feels a deep sense of loyalty that runs in her blood, and would do anything for her family members. though her attempts to fit in have all been in vain, one exception being her training to become a professional tennis player, she can't deny the priority that her family has over anybody else.
