Ethan's POV
I don't like this doctor. #1: Hes male and quite handsome and #2: He seems really perverted for a doctor.
But none the less I enjoy the view just as much as Grayson does.
"Alright now we are gonna do a quick checkup so Im gonna have to insert my fingers into your vagina to see if I can find any abnormalities" he says.
She gulps and nods. I'm on the edge of my seat now, I don't want him to hurt my babygirl.
"This will take maybe 5-10 minutes. We have to check how your body responds to certain stimulations." He adds putting on his gloves.
I jump up and run to her aid as she looks scared as hell.

The doctor sits in his small rolling chair so he is eye level with her clothed heat.

The doctor clears his throat and continues. "Alright umm next we have the actual exam of your vagina."
"I'll start off with one finger and eventually end up with my main four in there to feel around for any possible issues."

"Alright now im going to skip to four fingers because I think I feel something in there that's not a baby." He says introducing his four fingers.
She squints her eyes shut as tears escape.
I bolt up and grab her hand surprising her but she grasps it firmly.
The doctor could care less at the moment that I'm out of my seat.
"Alright I think I found the issue" he exclaims not moving his hand anymore.
He grabs a pen with his free hand and draws two circles on her stomach which I'm assuming are the babies.
He pulls his hand out and Vanessa can breath again.
I kiss her forehead and rub the back of hand to comfort her.
This is scary. The fact that the doctor is saying that there is something wrong with my babies is scary.
He grabs the ultrasound and runs it over her stomach again stopping on the first circle.
I look on the screen and see what looks a sack with with two pretzel knots on the outside as he scrolls over to the other circle.
He writes something down and turns to face us.
"There is a slight problem, the umbilical cords are in knots and could be cutting off the babies food and air supply in at most 2 months." He says.
Vanessa's eyes go wide. "What does this mean?" She asks with a shaky breath.
"Well basically your going to have to deliver the babies in two months time." He says.
My heart drops. "But they'd only be six months along!" I yell.
"Sir I assure you they'd be fine. You can either choose to deliver them naturally but we would have to induce your labor or you can have a C-section."
"When do we have to make the decision?" Grayson asks.
"Well we need to make the appointment so I would say within the next week" he says.
"Okay that'll be all, your free to go"
Me and gray stand up and shake hands with the doctor before he walks out.
The door shuts and I usher gray to turn around so she can get dressed again. He obliges and turns around facing the wall.
She gets dressed slowly but she looks like shes in pain.
She hasn't said a word since the bad news.
Once shes dressed I wrap her arm around my shoulder and help her walk out of the OBGYN.
We get into the truck and sit in the same spots we were in before.
I turn around and face Vanessa. "Should we go stop by the house?"
"Sure, we need money" she doesn't make eye contact with me and just stares out the window.
I drive the 30 minutes it takes to get home.
