~ Alexis ~

What the f*ck?

"Emma?!" I shrieked.

She moved out from under the guy and her eyes widened, well, to the size of the lakes near this camp. Times three.

...I might be exaggerating a bit, but you get the point.

She started, "I-I can explain - "

I interrupted, "Thank the heavens! If I had walked in any later, I probably would've been scarred for life! What were you thinking? What if Melinda came in instead?!"

Emma scrunched up her eyebrows, "I-I'm sorry? But, you don't understand - "

"And who's this dude?" I gestured towards the figure on the bed, who was still facing the other wall. I honestly didn't know what to do.

I thought she was into Zach? Geez, this girl was really unpredictable sometimes.

"Ha-ha, umm..."

This time, Emma's cheeks reddened to the shade of a fire truck. And I'm not exaggerating, so shush!

The dude finally decided to turn around and introduce himself, "Ummm hey, nice meeting you.. I'm Trevor. And you are?"

"Kicking you out," I shot him a sweet and innocent smile, before pointing towards the door.

"And if I see you here again, trying to rip off her clothes, you are dead. Capesh?" I raised my eyebrows, waiting for him to walk out of the door.

Trevor started, "I wasn't - "

"And I, frankly, don't care," I stated, before slamming the door in his face.

Before he walked away, he waved goodbye to Emma and I shot him a pointed look. Which meant - get the f*ck out. He quickened his pace and I smirked evilly.

"Emma!" I shrieked again.

"Are you trying to get expelled?" I rubbed my temples. Now that I think about it, it really sounds like something I would do - not Emma.

"No! It was him, I swear!" Emma countered, before waving her hands in front of her defensively.

"Okay nevermind, I don't want to hear it. Let's just go and get dinner, okay?" I sighed.

After the dramatic and unnecessary events of today, I could definitely scarf down some food. Even if it tasted like it just came out of the trash can.

Emma and I walked silently to the cafeteria, just as the sun was about to set. It was a beautiful afternoon, if only I could enjoy it.

We got into the seemingly endless line and I sighed, as it moved at the pace of a snail.

"Dana! Then, who the h*ll was it?" I distinctly heard.

Melissa! I immediately thought to myself.

I couldn't turn my head right now, or else they would know that I was trying to eavesdrop. So, I tried to make out as most of the conversation as possible.

Another person with a high-pitched voice spoke up, "I-I don't know. I swear, I thought it was her."

Melissa, I'm assuming, spoke up again, "Yeah, thought. There's a difference, Dana. Can't you do anything right?"

The other girl, Dana, broke out into sobs, "I-I'm sorry!"

"D*mn right, you should be," Melissa screamed at her, but not loud enough to gain everyone's attention.

That b*tch. Did she have to blame all of her problems on other people? The least she could do was take the blame. Why does the woman have to be so..so heartless?

I whirled around and stalked towards her table, before slapping my hand down on the table.

"B*tch, what's your f*cking problem? Why do you have to blame every single d*mn thing on other people? Huh? Why? Do you get paid to make other peoples' lives a living h*ll? Because I'm sick of it. And I think everyone else is too. Do you enjoy seeing them miserable? Is that your reward?  If it is, you're.. sick. And I honestly don't know how you can live like.. like that."

By now, everyone's eyes were on us. But, I knew it was the right thing to do. I had never felt better. I meant every single f*cking thing I said and Melissa deserved it.

"You..you slut! How dare you accuse me of such things! I did not - " Melissa glared at me. But, it was enough for me to back down. Not yet, at least.

"You know what? Don't even start. Were you, not just a few minutes ago, blaming everything on Dana?" I focused on her, not giving a sh*t if everyone was staring.

Melissa started, "I-I was - "

"Yes, yes you were," Dana stood up triumphantly, before moving away from Melissa and standing next to Alexis, to support her.

Melissa shot daggers in her direction, "Dana! How could you?! After 11 years of being best friends? Well, I don't need you anymore! I'll find another best friend. And since we aren't going to be friends anymore, well, I might as well say this.."

"She's a dirty whore. She's slept with a fourth of the guys here. Don't deny it, Dana," Melissa smirked evilly, before exaggeratedly examining her nails.

Dana's eyes started to water and before I knew it, she sprinted towards the door at the speed of lightning.

I grabbed a fistful of Melissa's long, glossy hair and yanked it painfully in the direction of the only mirror in the cafeteria, "Look at yourself. I can bet you anything that you are capable of many, many things. But instead, you waste your time by making everyone's lives miserable. What joy do you take from that? I don't f*cking understand. You might be beautiful on the outside, but you're hideously ugly on the inside."

I shot her a disgusted look, before loosening my hold on her hair.

"I don't want to even hear it, Melissa. I am so done here," I glared at nothing in particular, as I made my way out.

I didn't give a sh*t about what anybody had to say, at that moment. I lost my appetite, I was horribly tired, and I was incredibly cranky.

So, obviously, no one wanted to mess with me at that moment, right?

Wrong.

SO INTENSE. Haha, I really enjoyed writing this chapter. This is probably going to be one of my favorite chapters too, because of the message.

But if you still don't get the message, I hope you know that you shouldn't let anyone boss you around. And I mean anyone. You are an incredible human being and you have got to stand up for yourself. And stand up for what you think is right. Never let anyone bring you down. You are beautiful <3

Hmm, I guess you are all realizing that Alexis has a soft spot, huh? Well, her personality has definitely changed. But, her extensive vocabulary? Not so much hahaa (:

Anyway, have you guys seen the amazing new cover? Yeah? Pretty cool, right?

Okay, until next time, vote + comment + give me feedback. Thanks everyone, love you all :)
