"H-Hello?" said a voice at the doorway. I could tell they were a pre-teen by the way their voice sounded. "Hello. Who are you?" i said a little bit curious. " I-I'm matt. A-Are you Serenity?" He asked in a stuttering voice. "Yes. But i don't believe i know you." i said slightly confused. "I-i'm connor's younger brother ." he said trying to calm his voice. "I-I got these for y-you." as he said that he held out some flowers and a card. "Thanks. But you didn't have-" he cut me off saying, " I-I know i didn't b-but i wanted to." he said as he put the gifts on my bedside table. "Now i remember. I haven't seen you in years. You grew up since the last time i saw you. Last time i saw you you were so small." i said trying to remember. He blushed, " y-yeah. I guess so." "so what brings you here. Did sean send you." i said with curiosity. "N-NO!! I-It's nothing like that." carson said startled that i asked that. "Calm down I was just kidding." i said with a laugh. "But really what are you doing here?" i asked. He tried to calm himself down by taking deep breaths. "I-I heard sean tell our parents that you were in the hospital." he said in between breaths. Well you found me." i said doing jazz hands. "Well, i guess i did." he said with a laugh. Time passed and we talked for a while. Before i knew it i fell asleep.
