Chapter 10: Potions Class with Gryffendor and Slytherine (Alexis's P.O.V.)

The day passed in a blur, but the last class before I had trudged on to potions. I had it with Slytherine. We had most of our classes with Slytherine, but we had two with Ravenclaw, and one with Hufflepuff. I made it to the room early because I just had free period. So I arrived so I could talk to Snape about my lessons.

I walked into the room, the classroom was empty. I went and put my bag down on my desk. I then went up to Snape's office. I knocked, but then just invited myself in.

"Er...father?"

"Yes?" He asked, looking up from his paper.

"About the training session..." I started.

"Yes?"

"Well could we not do it in the Great Hall, but instead in here?" I asked Snape.

"I don't see why not, but I'll check with Dumbledore."

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" I yelled and ran over and hugged him. He chuckled and hugged me back. We then looked up and then we turned around and saw most of the class looking in on us. The seats were all filled. And the bell probable run. I blushed and rushed to where my bag was. Luckily it was the only open desk left.

Just then a blonde boy walked in and he had no choice then to sit next to me. He smirked at me when he realized what I already have. He then walked over to me, earning a glare from Snape.

"Try finishing what you need before my class and make it here on time." Snape told Draco and continued the lesson. He always got special treatment. It was so weird how he hated Gryffendors, but loved Slytherines. I guess since he was head of the Slytherine house, it made sense, but still. I got special treatment, but that was understandable. Not many people had payed attention to me being his adopted daughter because they were too focused on the deal with me being the missing Potter twin. Now everybody was talking about me and Snape hugging. Oh well. I sighed. Although I hated attention, it seemed as if though I better get used to it.

Class went by surprisingly fast. It was odd how during the note-taking. Not that it was a note day, but because Draco would stare at me the whole class.

Finally when class was over, I rushed out of the classroom. Not waiting to get out so I could go and finish my book. I was just to the moving stairs when I felt somebody grab my wrist and lead me into an empty room.

I looked and I knew before I even looked that it would be Draco as I gazed at the blonde haired boy.

"What do you want now, Draco? I really want to finish my book" I asked as nicely as I could, but I was angry because I wanted to get to my book.

He chuckled at me, "What?" I asked him.

"You called me Draco." He smiled at me.

"Yeah, so?" I asked him.

"Nobody calls me Draco!" I laughed at his face. It looked like a little kid on Christmas.

"Not to mention the fact that you love to read, so much that you don't even want to talk to people. It's kind of cute." He told me.

"Thanks." I said blushing at the awkward turn that this conversation took.

"No problem." He told me and then winked and smirked. Then, I blushed even more.

I then told him goodbye and went and continued my book.
