<Recently, a new type of virus has emerged within the boarders of New China Federation. The virus spreads fast. Currently, infections were already confirmed in 12 cities, including 2 large cities. Several tens of millions of people are estimated to have been infected. All the affected cities are located in the vicinity of Wenhan River ... the source of infection is confirmed to be Wenhan City's dam. But citizens, please don't panic, New China Federation had already adopted appropriate measures, and our Mr. President had personally participated in the prevention and control operation. The virus will be swiftly eliminated.>
<Great efforts are currently invested in order to develop a vaccine for this virus, and it will be complete before long.>
<New China Federation has already dispatched security officers for everyone's protection; therefore, please don't panic.>
<This infection is completely different from the previous infections. Have you ever met dead people who would eat the meat of the living? They're just like demons!>
<It's a Zombie apocalypse! It's definitely a Zombie apocalypse! Has the t-Virus leaked into our country from the US?>
<Doomsday ... the end of the world is nigh!>
From the fourth day of the infection ...
Whether it was television news, newspapers, or the countless forums on the Internet, this topic was discussed everywhere.
Resident Evil has become reality ... and it seemed like its plot would also be followed through.
Unease had spread throughout the entire New China Federation.
An untold amount of people had bought plane tickets with the intention of fleeing abroad, All the while, the other countries were laughing at the chaos happening in New China Federation, with their only response being a few words of encouragement without anything tangible.
Those were just some speculations.
But it also showed that a large amount of people had't realized what the consequences of the spread of the Blacklight Virus would be for the world.
Humans would never be truly convinced of things which they haven't seen with their own eyes.
"The world ... was getting messier."
In a city far away from the infection of the Blacklight Virus, a giant artificial pine decorated with various lights was placed on the Times Square.
It was right before Christmas, and even if it was New China Federation, businesses wouldn't let such an opportunity to earn money just slip past them.
Snow was slowly falling.
A girl with long black hair wearing a school uniform from an unknown academy was sitting below the pine, pointing with her finger at her cell phone's screen, and checking up on the latest news.
She had felt like the world was becoming more and more boring. Yet ... now it seemed a bit more fun?
She looked at the large amount of news pertaining the Blacklight Virus on her cellphone's screen, it was unknown why she hadn't revealed an expression of panic like ordinary people would, but had rather revealed a somewhat gleeful expression.
But right at this moment, the gleeful expression on her face suddenly disappeared ...
"Classmate Tokisaki ~" All of a sudden, a pair of hands appeared from behind her, and grabbed the girl's not yet fully developed chest.1
"Eh!" She exclaimed, and quickly turned around.
"Little Kui, I'll get angry if you keep doing this."
