Guardian 29: Finally

*Kimiko's PoV*

"You surprisingly healed quicker than I expected." The doctor said inspecting my injuries. "You're good to go."

"Thanks!" I grinned.

It's been a week since I stayed here in the hospital. Quite boring 'cause I'm not allowed to visit Sasuke nor Kakashi-sensei. But at least I could leave now.

I change my hospital gown and fold it nicely on the bed before heading towards Sasuke's room which is beside my room.

I open the door seeing Sakura sitting beside Sasuke's bed. She look at me and gave me a small smile motioning me to sit down beside her.

"How's Sasuke?" I asked looking at his sleeping form.

"Not good." She replied. "How's your injuries?"

"My doctor said I healed fast. It's just physical injuries anyways." I answered. "Have you visited sensei?"

"I've visited him earlier. He's not looking fine at all. I'm planning to visit you too but I guess there's no need to pay a visit." She giggled.

Wow. Sakura can be a nice at some point. She usually fawns over Sasuke so I never got a chance to see this side of her.

I once again look over Sasuke. I admit, he's a good looking guy but he's arrogant. I do have a tiny crush on this Uchiha but I like Kakashi more. 

I sighed softly before turning to Sakura.

"I'll go visit sensei." She nodded so I stood up and left her beside Sasuke. 

I walk towards sensei's room. I entered his room and sat beside his bed. He's still under Itachi's genjutsu. His face shows a lot of emotion, mostly pain and sorrow. 

I would love to heal these two idiots but this kind of case is not my forte. If only Yume-chan is here.

Yume-chan is my best friend and the Goddess of Dreams. She can control dreams if she wants to. She probably knows what to in this situation. 

She has a long straight pink hair and pinkish eyes. She's the same age as me and one of the prettiest if you ask. She loves to stare at her globe-like structure where you can see the person's dream she's watching over. She can instantly change the dream if the person is having nightmare. 

I held Kakashi sensei's hand rubbing it gently. 

"Hey, sensei. Please be strong. You'll be healed soon along with Sasuke. Just hold on." I whispred holding his hand tightly.

They will be fine.

I'm sure of it.

Weeks have passed, Naruto and Jiraiya haven't returned yet which made me worried sick. Where the heck are they!?

Currently, me and Sakura at Sasuke's room still concern in his condition when the door opens.

"May I come in?" A woman's voice echoed the room. I look back seeing a beautiful blonde girl in 30s. Behind him is Naruto and another girl younger than her. 

Wait. 

She looks way too familiar.

"Sakura-chan, he'll be alright now!" Naruto grinned. "She's a doctor!"

 He ran beside me and gave me a big hug.

"You surely miss me huh." I laugh softly patting his head.

"I miss you so much, Kimiko-chan. Believe it!" We release the hug and look back at the woman.

"Please heal Sasuke-kun!" Sakura pleads to this woman. Oh I remember!!

"Are you perhaps, Tsunade-sama?" I asked tilting my head. She look at me in shock. 

Ah I knew it. She is the granddaughter of the first hokage.

"So Jiraiya is right..." She murmured but I heard it. 

"So you know?" I suddenly ask. Naruto, Sakura, and the girl behind her stared at us in confusion. Tsunade-sama gave me a smile.

"We'll talk about it later. But first I'll heal this kid first." Tsunade-sama walk up to Sasuke and place her hand on his forehead. Few minutes later, Sasuke's eyes opened making Sakura run up to her and gave her a hug. At the corner of my eye, I could see Naruto's eyes softened.

Once Sakura release the hug, I walk beside him and smile.

"Welcome back to reality, Sasuke." I giggled hugging him. I could feel his heartbeat beating fast.

I think this guy probably take a liking on me. I'm not that oblivious.

"We have to heal sensei next!" I snap back in reality as I heard Naruto's voice. I decided to follow Tsunade-sama and leave my three teammates behind.

"What's your name?" The black haired girl with a pig ask. The pig is so cute...

"Ah! I'm Kimiko." I gave her my warm smile.

"I'm Shizune and this is my pig Tonton." She introduced. I pat Tonton's head and giggled. He's waaaay too adorable!!

"Kimiko." Tsunade called. She eyed Shizune and she knew that it is an important talk so she left us.

"How did Jiraiya-san knows about my identity?" I asked.

"The third Hokage told him about it. He probably knows that he will be gone and I will be the next Hokage." She answered.

"The third hokage knows I'm not gonna tell it to anyone so he decided to tell it to the both of you." I concluded. 

"It seems." She said. "But aren't you supposed to heal your comrades? You're a goddess not a genin of some sort."

"A Goddess of Nature to be exact, Tsunade-sama." I pouted. "I'm not in the field of healing."

We reach Sensei's room to be greeted by his best friend, Gai-sensei.

He bowed to Tsunade-samawhile he gave me a slight nod as a greeting. I wave my hands at him and look over the legendary sannin heal Kakashi-sensei.

I saw Kakashi-sensei sit up making me happy. 

Oh how I miss him.

"You were beaten by only two enemies? I thought you were genius!" Tsunade said with a hint of disappointment lacing in her voice.

"Forget about this idiot! Please take a look at my student!" Gai-sensei exclaimed so they went out of sensei's room.

"Finally, you're awake, sensei!" I smiled sitting beside his bed.

"I heard Sasuke and you being in the hospital for a week." What?

"How did you know? You were unconscious that time we are at the hospital." 

"I could hear voices." The only thing he said. "How have you guys been?"

"I just got physical injuries but I'm already okay and Sasuke's doing fine now."

"I see. I'm glad the both of you are okay." He gave me his close eyed smile making my heart beat rapidly.

"Me too, sensei."

I'm glad that you're okay.

I decided to finish this since it will be few chapters left and this book will be finish. I'm not gonna make a book 2 of this since like I said in the past few chapters, this book will be short.
