Closing in all around me

a fear i cannot describe

sudden dizziness,

all shaky and confused,

i think im going to die,

racing thoughts,

waves of nervousness and doom,

hot but cold chills,

i cant make sense of this,

my heart hurts,

my head hurts,

and crying only makes it worse,

my hearts pounding so hard

im hyperventalating,,

my chest hurts,

iv lost control over my body,

no one can truly understand

unless youv been through it

you must think im crazy

its just another panic attack...
