Hello everyone! The last time I made a note I felt like death. I just wanted to let you all know that I'm doing MUCH BETTER!!
We moved almost a year ago and I got a new psychiatrist and therapist and after years of shitty ones I found ones that I absolutely love! I'm on antidepressants and anxiety medications and I still deal with these things daily, however, for the first time in a few years I wake up happier. I look at my life and see all I have to lose and gain. I have goals and I have not cut in almost a year. (same with my best friend I'm so proud).
I hope to possibly finish this book or even rewrite it! If you want me to rewrite just let me know and I'll see what I can do <3
