Leonard was called from the hospital and told his sister had died.

He had just gone out to get some dry clothes when he knew she was alright and then he got the call that everyone dreads.

The end call.

Once given the news he didn't even realise he had just smashed his phone from dropping it.

He didn't want to believe it was true.

That she was...

Dead.

The world just ended right then for him.

All this time he spent waiting for her to wake from a coma and then she wanted to do something for him but ended up dying in the process.

He didn't believe it was the end.

It could be her end.

Her life had just begun.

He dropped to the floor, head in his hands and cried.

He cried so much, he cried for her.

He cried for her end.

He cried for the end of their siblinghood.

He cried for the end of their relationship.

He cried for the end of his freedom.

He cried for the end of a beautiful life.

He cried,

and cried,

and cried.

Even though this end was the end of a life it was so much more, it was the end of a greater chain of ends that would end along with her death.

And he realised that every little thing 'Always comes down to

The End'
