*When He came!*

Just a grain of sand at the beach,
There I laid deeply hidden but on the surface,
Forgotten and never noticed,
That’s when He came and took me,
Made me the top brick of His castle.

A leper in the heart, bleeding deeply from within
The excruciating pain, my inner turmoil,
Even though I gave the world a plastic smile,
My skin glowing and cheekbones high,
My soul was on a deathbed
And then He came and healed me,
Filled my soul with joy!

A tiny bush in the rainforest,
About to wither and dry off, I was never satisfied
Light, water and nutrients were all stolen from me,
Snatched by the tall and slender who formed the canopy
When He came and raised,
Higher than anyone could measure
I now bloom and bear fruit in His name!

Once lost in the Sahara sands,
Burnt down and dehydrated , hungry and thirsty,
So tired and worn out, I could not lift a finger,
A wanderer, astray,
When He came and soothed me
He quenched my thirst received my spirit
He came into my life  and brought transformation
Oh let me be, let me praise Him that overflows with mercy and love!
Oh praise be unto my LORD, the ALMIGHTY, the King of kings!
