Hours later...

Regular POV
After Maria's big birthday bash, everyone had their last laughs and smiles, and soon after that the place had cleared out in an instant. There were only a few people left in the hall after that.

Of course, Maria's closest friends and her family stayed at the hall to help clean up the place. Corbyn and Christina also got out some brooms and trash bags from the closet in the back. Maria and her brother helped each other load her gifts into their car. Her parents tipped the DJ and band as they wheeled the speakers, sound system and disco ball out.

Boy, people in these parts of the city know how to party.

Maria POV
After my crazy party, the whole place cleared out like both happened. It's like this all flashed by in an instant. First, I was at an awesome party and now it's back to reality. Well, I guess that's how the things work these days.

As we get some cleaning supplies out of a random closet Corbyn found, we all start dividing the place up into sections that we each clean.

After we equally divided each other up, I ended up cleaning the area near the stage and the dance floor.

I grabbed a broom from Corbyn and started to do the dirty work.

After half an hour into cleaning, I look out the window and see that it's pitch black outside. I grab my phone from my pocket and check the time. 11:30.

I turn around to see everyone getting a bit drowsy so I decided that we all come back in the morning to clean up. I mean, it's basically all good already though.

We all agree without bickering and we all head for our cars to go home.

All of us wished each other goodbyes and then we parted paths.

At the Starlight's house

I couldn't even keep my eyes open when we finally arrived home.

I limped to my room and the first thing I did was running to the bathroom, taking off my high heels, accessories and dress and placing my purse to a nearby corner. I then took a quick shower while brushing my hair and teeth at the same time. I zipped into my pyjamas and flopped on my bed.

After a few minutes or less, I was out cold.

...

In Le Morning. About 8:00

"Maria." A male voice said from across my room.

"Ten...more...minutes." I lazily groaned.

"Hey girlie." A more deeper voice boomed.

At first I just thought it was my parents or brother, but it sounds like there are two boys in my room.

My first reaction was to jump out of bed, scream/curse at them, and then kick them where it hurts, but I decided to keep my cool for some reason.

I slowly raised up, and there stood in front of me, the guy from damn history class again. Wait...WHY THE HECK WAS HE IN MY ROOM?!? AND WHY DOES HE KEEP SHOWING UP EVERYWHERE?!?

Oh, and also he had an older looking guy with him..maybe his father?

They were both gazing at me. Not a word came out of any of us. Seriously this was like a very serious staring-contest.

Until, one of us spoke up, which was not me, but the guy from class. I still don't know his name yet which is quite weird.

"Hello soon t-." He barely said as his "father" slapped his mouth shut.

I raised an eyebrow at him then my expression changed back to my old one. I was just about to explode, but I tried to make it sound as friendly as possible.

"What are you two doing in my house?" I questioned.

"Just checking stuff out." The guy from my class responded.

"Well, I don't recall ever seeing you, so get out." I said through gritted teeth.

"Okay, then." The older guy said in the most casual manner possible.

"We are friends with your father and mother" He breezily said before walking out of my room.

I looked out the window and repented on what just happened.

Seriously, two of my mom and dad's friends, uninvited, just casually walk into our house, and stalk some teenage girl with a guy from school. Wow, those two really have bad manners.

I scoffed under my breath. "Perverts."

I walk out my room and knock on my parents' room. No response. So I end up going downstairs and there they are, sipping coffee and tea like both ever happened.

"Did you two see or invite two guys here right now?" I angrily asked.

"No sweetie, are you okay?" My mother responded in her cheery voice.

"No, because there were two men, in my room, without permission!" I almost yelled.

Dad's eyes widened and it looked like he was about to spit out his coffee.

"What did they looked like." My father asked.

"Does that even matter?" I screamed.

He nodded just as I finished my sentence. He seemed 100% serious about what I was going to say.

"One of them, looks about my age but older, dark brown hair, blue eyes." I sighed, annoyed.
"The other had brown hair, clearly older than me. About this tall *puts arm in the air above her height* and he was holding something."

My mother and father gawked at me as if I just had two heads or something.

"Can it really be him?" My mother asked my dad.

"I don't know, but how did he find out?" My father replied.

"Find out about what?" I asked.

They completely ignored me and I just watched them bombard each other with questions and statements.

I rolled my eyes sighed. I decided to call one of my friends and just vent.

I grabbed a glass from the cupboard and filled it up with some water. I then walked over and sat down at the dining table, trying my best to ignore my parents' obnoxious questioning.

I was gonna go to my room for some peace and quiet until I heard my father mention my name, so I pretended that I went upstairs to eavesdrop on their conversation.

I hid behind the wall, hearing some things like "How did he find her" and "What do you think he will do" and more random stuff like that.

I would usually just brush things like this off, because every time they talk like this, it's usually about work or politics or something like that, but since it was involving me, I tried to listen to all they had to say.

I wonder what this is all about...
