Tyra sat in the bathroom with her head in her hands as she panted from the pain and groaned slightly. The thought of Oliver being afraid of her torn her up inside. How could she have let her true form show in front of him and lots of other mortals? Jophen was agitated at the fact she was spotted but was glad she survived the battle.

Jophen stepped in as he sighed slightly and crossed his arms. "I'm glad you were willing to give your life for someone you love but out in the open like that? Are you kidding me?!" He snapped as he put his hands on his hips in agitation.

"Aren't you glad I survived?!" She snapped as she stood up quickly sending a jolt of pain through her back, she fell back to the ground in pain.

"I'm glad but what have I told you?!" He yelled as he stood above her in anger. Jezabell tried to stop Jophen from yelling at their daughter. He brushed her off as nothing and his chest puffed up like a birds.

"Not to show humans our true identity but dad-!" She was cut off as tears welded into her eyes.

"Exactly! And you broke that one rule! You put us all in danger!" He snapped as he stormed off angrily.

Tyra cried once her father was on the other side of the house as she struggled to get up and held her side in pain. Jezabell tried to help but her attempts were short lived as Tyra shoved her mother off of her.

Tyra struggled to walk up to her room as she slammed her door shut and fell to the floor crying after she locked her door. Her heart broke the more she thought about what her father said.

"He's right. I've put us all in danger." She said as she punched a hole in her wall, angry with herself and cried harder. Jezabell knocked on her door as she sighed and tried to open the door.

"Go away. I wanna be alone." She said as she sat on her bed and sniffed. Jezabell wanted to comfort her daughter as she sighed once more and rested her head on the door.

"Your dad didn't mean anything he said. He was just a little agitated." Her mother tried to plead and smiled weakly.

"He was right. I put you guys in danger." She said as tears followed down her cheeks and sat on her bed and hugged her pillow. "Please just go away."

Jezabell did as her daughter wanted and walked downstairs to her husband. Once she made it to her husband, she crossed her arms in agitation. "How could you make her feel like this was her fault?" She asked him.

"Look, I'm glad she survived but she broke our code. That is the only thing keeping us safe. Now she was recorded! We will be hunted down like deer." He snapped at her and rubbed his temples.

Jezabell glared at him as she started to tear up and crossed her arms. "Your daughter is the only thing we have. Just because she screwed up in a small thing doesn't mean you have to push her out of your life."

Jophen looked at her as she walked away and sat down, thinking about what his wife had said. Tyra stayed in her room in agonizing pain. The wound was throbbing, her eyes had no more tears to produce. She got up as she unlocked her door in pain. Opening her door, Blue pushes his way into her room.

Tyra walked downstairs as she entered her kitchen to grab some pain pills. Jophen stood behind her as he tried to muster the courage to apologize to her. Tyra took the pills and turned around only to jump once seeing her father.

"Tyra, I'm sorry I over reacted. I was just so worried about you and-." He was cut off by Tyra putting a hand in his face and sighed.

"Don't worry dad, it's fine. You were tight. I put all of us in danger." She said as she walked away and hit his shoulder with her good shoulder.

Jophen grabbed her wrist tightly as tears fell down his cheeks and he shook. "Tyra please." He said as he hugged her gently. "I'm truly sorry."

Tyra was shocked as she hugged him back and looked away. "It's okay dad." She commented as she squirmed slightly in pain and got out of his grip. She walked back up to her room and made Blue get out, shutting and locking the door again.

Days went by, Tyra never left her room, not even to eat. Jezabell and Jophen were worried for their daughter and sighed. Jezabell had an idea to get Tyra out of her room. She left the house and got in her car, driving for about ten minutes and parked outside of a house. She presumably got out as she walked up to the door and knocked. Oliver answered the door as he gasped at seeing Jezabell.

"Before you go running away. I need a huge favor please." Jezabell said as she looked at him with pure sadness.

"What?" He asked.

"Tyra won't leave her room. She hasn't eaten in days. She is killing herself slowly. Please you have to talk to her."

"Why would I wanna do that? She's a freak and so are you." He tried to shut the door but Jezabell held the door open.

"Oliver please. She loves you and she needs you." She pleaded. After a few minutes of debating, he sighed and agreed. Jezabell smiled widely as she walked to her car and got in. Oliver hesitantly got in the car after her and looked out the window. Once they got to her house, they got out of the car and walked inside.

Jezabell yelled for Tyra to unlock her door which she did and sighed. Oliver walked upstairs and to Tyra's room, opening the door and shutting it.

Tyra was in shock as she looked at her friend and gulped. Oliver looked at her in fear as he built up the courage to walk to her. "What are you doing here?" She asked.

"Your mom wanted me to talk to you." He replied as he sat next to her and sighed. "Thanks for saving me by the way."

She nodded as she looked away and gripped at her leg, the pain in her back getting worse. Oliver saw the pain in her eyes as he put a hand on her knee and smiled weakly. Tyra's face got bright red as she looked away quickly and gulped.

"Are you gonna be coming back to school soon?" He asked as he looked her in the eyes. Tyra shrugged as she looked away and rubbed her arm. Oliver sighed as he sat in front of her and hugged her.

"I'm not scared of you. If that's what you're worried about." He assured her as he smiled. Tyra nodded as she looked down at the floor and chuckled.

"Thanks Oli. You don't have to stay here. I'm probably gonna go to sleep soon." She said as she got up slowly and winced from the pain in her back. Oliver nodded as he helped her up and let her lay down, waving goodbye as he left her room.

Jophen and Jezabell waited downstairs as they were eager to hear how it went. Oliver walked up to them and explained everything that happened as he smiled. "Thank you for letting me see her."

"No problem, just please don't tell anyone what we are." Jophen asked as he looked him with worry in his eyes. Oliver nodded as he left their house and sighed in happiness.

Tyra laid their on her bed as she looked at the ceiling and let Blue come in her room, having heard him scratching at her door. Blue jumped up onto her bed as he licked her face a couple of times. She laid back down as she pet him slowly, the pain medication starting to kick in which caused her to be drowsy. Eventually, she had fallen asleep.

Jophen walked to her room as he looked at her and kissed her forehead gently. "I'm so glad you are alive."
