●●CHAPTER THIRTY~ FOUR●●

**Delilah**

"Because I feel like, your my safe place", he says and my heart literally melts at he's words.

"Funny, I feel the same thing", I admit shyly and he smirks leaning in. My palms begin to sweat and my hear my heart pumping through my ears.

He stops inches away from my face and I lean in smashing he's soft lips to mine.
After a few seconds the kiss breaks and I stare into he's eyes. He's eyes wild and he stares into my sole. Or what felt like it.

"Let's go for a swim", he suggests and I nod standing up. He takes my hand in his and we walk to the other side of the beautiful crystal clear waterfall. The sound of the water falling into a big clear pool calming my body instantly.

I stare at his back as I follow behind him. His mucles flexing with every step as he effortlessly pushes his body against the water the deeper we went. Meanwhile I was silently out of breathe. Walking in water is not as simple as I sounds. Try running in the ocean. Your legs will feel ten times heavier.

Slowly the water soaked my body once again the deeper I went. From my theigh to my stomach, eventually I was fully in.

I smiled closing my eyes. The smooth sound of the water, the birds chirping, the waterfall rushing, brought me to peace. I open my eyes and it widens at the sight of Blake as he stands with he's hands on either side, infront of the smaller waterfall. The natural light from the forest illuminating he's skin. As well as his sharp jawline. My eyes roam he's body reaching his beautifully toned stomach. I swallow a gulp as my eyes betray me as they find his very defined V line.

I blush finding myself stare too long. The butterflies tickling my stomach at the eruption. I close my eyes smiling before opening it, and stare into the hazel eyes of Blake. For some reason he's eyes seems darker as he stares into my eyes at a close proximity. My heart races in my chest as I watch him lift a hand, caressing my cheek with his thumb.

"You are the most beautiful person, I've ever seen in my life", he says. He's words melting my heart.

"Me, no never", My mouth immediately procrastinating and I stare my shaking hand under the water. Blake makes me nervous. But in the good way.

"Don't do that Delilah", he says turning my gaze to his. "You're beautiful in the inside, as well as the outside. And don't ever doubt that", he states looking deep into my eyes.

I bite my lip and his eyes follow my every movement. He moves closer and my breathe hitches in my throat as it's my turn to follow his movement and I lean in. Slowly he places his lips on mine. The kiss is passionate and gentle. The power of the kiss weakens my knees and he wraps his arm around my waist in a smile. I literally feel like I'm flying and waving my hand through a cloud.

Way too soon we break apart, gasping for air. I close my eyes, smiling as I thought about his lips on mine. Merely seconds ago.

I open my eyes seeing Blake looking at me, deep in thought. The side of his smile turns into a smirk and I let out a giggle. Neither of us saying another word, we just simply enjoying the company from each other.

"Follow me, it's quite dark", he says his voice abit husky, but he clears it.

I nod following him and he hands me a blanket when he exist the water after just swimming and sneaking glances at each other from time to time. I softly thank him and he finds my hand. Before I know it we walking in the forest, using our flashlights from ours phones to see in the dark.

Carefully we walked up a hill and by the time we finally reached the top. I was gasping for air, feeling like my lungs had just given up on me. I raise my eyebrows seeing Blake look like he randomly walks up hills everyday. He feels my stare and chuckles. We've been walking quite a distance as we watched the sunset and the sky darken around us.

"Are you okay?", he asks sounding amused and concern at the same time.

"Y-yeah just a-alittle outta breathe", I say leaning over with my hands resting on my knees. "Well good, because we made it to the top", he states and I let out a deep breathe before looking around me.

My eyes widen as I near the edge of the cliff. I smile noticing it's the cliff we jumped from into the water below. I feel heat as Blake wraps his arm around me, staring up at the sky. Filled with billions of bright stars.

"How did you find this place?", I ask totally mesmerized by the beauty of the night.

"I needed an escape place", he simply answers not wanting to share more and I nod, not wanting to push further information. I believe people only share their stories with you, once they mentally prepared to and excepted the situation. Even if it not such a great one.

Slowly I sit down on rock and stare at the stars. "When I was younger, my mom would always sing me a song under the stars", I state and I feel his strong gaze on me, but I stare ahead.

"Can I hear it? ", he asks and I swallow a gulp closing my eyes.

Shine your light my little star,
Make the night yours,
Stand out and don't be afraid,
Billions may watch but some will admire from a far,
Light the sky my little star,
And never dim your light, shine it bright and you will see,
What was always meant to be.

Everytime I sing the song, I hear her sweet voice fill my ears. "What happened to her?", Blake softly asks shifting closer, snaking his arm around me pulling me closer.

"She died in a carcrash when I was five. My father survived, but he couldn't deal with the pain of my mother's death. So he dropped me off with my 'Winnie the poo' bag at my grans house, and I never saw him again", I answer a tear slipping my eye. I place my head on Blake's shoulder and he hugs me tightly.

"I'm afraid oneday, I might forget her voice", I say tears flooding my eyes.

"But she will always be in your heart", he says wiping away a tear from my eye.

"See that star?", he asks pointing towards the biggest star in the sky and I nod. "That's her watching down on you at this very moment", he adds and my heart flutters.

"You think so?", I ask looking at him.

"I know so, he answers setting my cheeks alight.

"Delilah I have a confession ", he starts and I look at him with curious eyes.

"You make me feel things I never even knew existed. I have really strong feelings for you Delilah. You are truly the strongest person I know and it scares me how much I think about you, I actually forget to breathe", he says the last part in a chuckle and my face resembles a red rose.

"You all I ever think about since the day I met you", he finishes and I place my lips to his in a deep, passionate kiss.

After a few moments he stares into my eyes cupping my face. "Delilah, I want you to be my girlfriend", he says smiling and my heart literally skips a beat.

"All you had to do was ask", I answer with a wide smile and he places his lips on mine once more.
