She was lost,
lost in a sea of people,
lost in a blizzard of emotions,
lost in a maze of endless thoughts.
That was until he came along.
He was so different to the others,
he cared.
He made her blush endlessly,
he made her feel good,
feel loved.
If anyone was going to fix her,
lead her out of the maze
it was him.
Smiling,
laughing,
late night conversations,
affection.
All of this was new to her,
but she loved it.
The trust and confidence came easily,
not like it was with any of the others.
It was so natural,
it was then she knew
that he was the one to lead the way into the bright sunlight
