I've never in my life seen a dude cry over a girl like that. Part of me thought there was almost something wrong with Aiden.
I probably look like a bad guy to Aiden now. He knows we are dating now. He knows i live next door. He knows my number. He knows me and Isabel kiss. He knows a lot. I feel sorry. But I'm not going to give up Isabel for a guy who i barely know that likes her. She doesn't have the same feelings for him anyways.
After we all talked, we went to the park. We took Sierra and Skylynn. Aiden tried to talk Isabel into dating her again. She would relply with I'm sorry every time. I'm sorry too. Isabel went to go play with our sisters. Now, it was just me and Aiden at the bench table.
"So you're dating Isabel?"
"Yea, I'm sorry bro."
"It's okay. I- I just need to find someone else."
"Yea. But maybe she isn't meant to be with you but there is someone for you. Trust me. God knows what he is doing."
"True"
There was like 10 minutes of silence.
"You know what? It's okay Isabel is doing this to me. I did this to her in 6th grade. With this girl named Dani."
"Really?"
"Yeah. I didn't care. I didn't like Isab then. I thought she was cute and funny. But i didn't realize I liked her until January of 2013. I broke up with Dani because of Isabel."
I nodded. I didn't know what to say. I wasn't shocked. I had heard this story twice. But I really didn't know how to carry on a conversation like that.
