Words are things we don't think about
But we use them anyway
We say things
We don't know how much they hurt
We give verbal lashings and emotional beatings
Tearing the innocence away
Stealing hope
We cause more pain and damage with words then with fists
Then that pain stays with them forever
It never leaves always tearing them down
The pain is evermore and never leaving
